| I've been searching for some shoujo romance animes to watch but sadly most of them are reverse harems which is a genre that i strongly dislike. Not only that, but most of the main characters in those type of shows are just the boring cliché shoujo MC like Usui Takumi. So, i'd like some animes which contain none of these things. Something that's not on my list please. Thank you. |

| Tonari isn't really cold/alone. More like a girl who's too focused on her studies meets a guy that makes her reach out and embrace the world. I'm probably sugar coating but it's one of the better shoujos. Nodame is definitely a good choice. No love triangles really (she does get jealous often tho..). Just girl meets boy. Ao Haru Ride Kamisama Hajimemashita Kimi ni Todoke Honey and Clover (unrequited love is a heavy theme tho) Bokura ga Ita Most shoujo aren't reverse harems btw. It's pretty obvious when something is a reverse harem when the cover picture is one girl with 10 guys. |
