I don't dislike Ep11, in fact Ep11 is one of the better episodes in this season. However a lot of things are seriously wrong in this episode. And since this is probably the only episode to be needed to be taken seriously, I will show these problems.
Spoilers ahead:
For example:
1: The ending(a Kyouko comic) is simply unrealistic, not to mention it will piss off fans. Think about it: True, Kyouko knew about the siscon stuff. But how could she ever show this to Akari? The following 2 explanations would not work:
-She told Akari that the siscon stuff is real in real life(there is no way this could happen. True, Kyouko is sometimes childish but she would be sane when coming to this. A proof is Ep01 in season 1.)
-She told Akari that the siscon stuff is fictional. And Akari would think it was a direct insultance to Akane... not to mention it would probably raise Akari's suspicion on her sister.
2: Why was there the need to LOOK FOR AKARI? First, Akari did a time leap right in front of the other protagonists' eyes. Second, the bomberwoman already told the girls about Akari's eventual return. Looking for Akari was of no use at all. It only showed the other girls' stupidity.
By the way, if Akari did not disappear in front of the other girls' eyes... Think about Ep12 in the last season.
3: The following is personal opinion. Is changing the past THAT unacceptable? Just think about your experiences Akari, about missing the train and yet being ridiculed, or being treated as a toy by other people. And you still cherish these memories? Not to talk about changing the past would very likely bring you new(and very likely, better) experiences.
Let's just imagine the cutscene with that touching BGM changed to the following scenes:
-Akari rape. The second one by Chitose doesn't count, so twice (both by Chinatsu) in all
-Akari being left alone
-Akari missing the train and the aftermath
-Akari being played very uninteresting pranks by Sakurako
-Akari rolling down the hill in a bucket JUST BESIDE CHINATSU and still getting ignored
And then we're back and Akari's gonna make her choice. Tell me if you would still be moved if she still goes into tears and doesn't change the past.
And BTW, I really find it ironic that everybody takes the drama in S2 Ep11 as serious as shit, while a great number of people finds S1 Ep11 forced.
In fact in my opinion, S2 Ep11 is kind of forced too.
you tell people not to take it seriously but you yourself taking it seriously...What forced you guys are talking about?Just watch and laugh dont think too much...

I meant by the last paragraph that everybody considers the drama in S2 Ep11 very well done and fitting and awesome.
The forced thing is that the drama tries to put some emotions into it but fails because the emotions are unfitting (to either the nature of the anime or the settings of characters).

the thing is even the emotions were for fun purpose...

Wow, you really thought too much ^_^ However, you are right =P
Despite this, episode 11 is the best episode so far (8/10 score); compared to the others that are just "fine" (6/10 score).
About episode 11 S1; Even considering how is the proposal of Yuru Yuri, I'm indifferent about thinking that it was "forced" or about "taking it too seriously"... I have not loved it but at the same time I have not disliked it... I think that episode 11 was a episode to leave the "monotony" of the previous episodes. PS.: not that the "monotony" is bad [or good], this varies according to the opinion of each person and if the anime is doing it well or not; and yes, we have to consider that this is a "slice of life" anime, so I think that "monotony" is common.
