Super Power romance anime.

Hello,

I would like to find an anime that goes something like this: there is this (seemingly) normal school kid who saves a (seemingly?) normal girl and (maybe) dies or gets injured doing so, or he turns out to have some hidden power and actually saves the girl. Then, the girl rescues him (if he died or got injured) and he acquires super powers. During the series they fall in love and have various adventures.
ALSO! THERE IS ONE MUST. IT IS FINE IF THE MAIN CHARACTER AND/OR THE GIRL GEN INJURED DURING THE SERIES, BUT NO TRAGIC ENDINGS!!! The last 2 animes I watch had tragic ending and I had enough of it. Just finished Fate/stay night and I really feel like ;-( .
