!ANNOUNCEMENT - CHANGING TOPIC SYSTEM IN THE CLUB!

hello, dear staff.
there's a problem in the club, that I hope to solve with you all.
imagine that situation: there's an limited edition opened, and two admins are editing the "post for admins" in the same time. one of them finishes, click "edit" and the post is changed. a few seconds later the other admin clicks the "edit" button, and what's happening? the request of the first admins disappears.
that's the problem I'm talking of. I don't want someone to lose their chance for cards, so I want to change the system of the limited edition topic.

how it will be working from now on

there WILL NOT BE a "post for admins" to edit, because editing is causing the problem.
the person who open the topic make a normal first post, with rules, limits, cards and anything else and the next post must be a normal member request. the TITLE of the topic must say [MEMBERS OPEN] and not just [OPEN].
please see the example here.

when the members reach the post limit, the topic title must be changed to [ADMINS OPEN] and after it the admins and officers can post their requests, by clicking "quick reply".

in that system, there won't be a disappearing requests, and all admins should be happy to no losing their cards.
I hope everyone will agree with me, and slowly get used to the new system, it's really easy.

and by the way, I want to remind you, that everyone who wants to make a cards for rare edition for a club's birthday, you can send the cards to me until the 11th August 2011.
the themes can be party/celebrate/cake or something, and all of the rules are the same as in the last newsletter.
