This is a hobby club. There will be card and badge editions but this club is focused on games. Making cards isn't easy, you know... Besides just normal games, there are also family games where you team up with your Anime Family to win! This club is also for finding new friends and seeing how you work with them. Anime Family? An Anime Family is needed if you like to join group games, if you're not planning to join any events that needs teammates, it is not necessary to sign up. However, if you want to join and earn some good awards with this games, please sign up. Official Member Cards? Badges? This is also not compulsory. It depends on the member if they want to request. However, some of our card editions (mostly special and rare editions) require these official member cards and badges. Same goes for badges. Requesting cards? Please follow the rules and limits. If a Card Maker sets a limit, it's there for a reason. Anyone who wants cards after the limit should request on the Card Maker's profile. Cards will be delivered on the Delivery Thread, please keep it in your watch list or check it from time to time since the card deliverers might be late. Jobs: Manager Person who manages the club. The manager basically does the creator's job and a bit of everything else. Staff are to report their status to the manager - whether they'll go on hiatus or not - at the end of every month. Staff are not allowed to change threads or anything else without permission from the manager/assistants. Assistants These handle the club when the Manager isn't around. Assistants should have a basic level of communication with the Manager. ... These will be given certain titles too.. [they decide what they wanna be called] Card Maker Join in making cards for the club. One edition a month required. Badge Maker Badges are somewhat different from cards but joining in regular card editions is fine too. One edition a month required. Layout Maker Make layouts(and display pictures) for the club. One new layout every two months would be nice, though it depends. Claim Maker Maintain at least one claim thread a month. Game Maker Must be dedicated to the club. Think up interesting games for the club and members. Watch over or join in the threads they open and keep them active. Updater Keep threads updated, open or close threads, etc etc that a person with enough free time would do. Courier Deliver newsletters or cards when needed. Advertiser No inviting via profile comments as it's against MAL Guidelines. Invite members to the club or affiliate with other clubs. Staff List Staff please keep your status updated. That includes name changes. Staff will have only 1 job assigned. Anything after "+" is random and what they can do whenever they want.  Editions can be repeated, just add v2 and so on to the topic. Anyone's free to join in listed editions, just add your name to the signup. We'll wait or nag you if you're late though. Staff Editions is for staff to dump any editions ideas they have or plan to do. 3 random picks will be taken from Staff Editions and added to Club Editions each month. At least 1 Club Edition a month will open. Staff Editions with at least 3 participants will be treated as a Club Edition. (Means we won't have to open any other Club Edition.)
