Gokudera (KHR!) x Haru (Tsuritama) Gokudera And The Alien Named Haru It was a new day at namimori middle school and Gokudera had a feeling that it would be yet another boring day. That was, until the new student arrived. A blond boy walked into the classroom holding a fishing rod above his head. All of the students were a bit stunned and even the teacher seemed to be. The blond turned to the class and smiled wide as he announced, “I’m Haru! I’m an alien!” And all that was heard after that was the sounds of the entire class being baffled by this guy saying such a thing. Gokudera, on the other hand, was in complete awe. An alien! Had his dreams of finding and experimenting on an alien finally come true? He definitely had to make friends with this boy to make sure that his statement was true. Haru made his way over to his desk with the fishing rod still in hand, sitting down like everything was completely normal and smiling like he was the happiest guy on the planet. Gokudera spent the entire day watching Haru from afar, writing down everything that he observed about this so called alien. When the school day was over Haru went to leave and Gokudera chased after him. “Oi! Wait up!” The silver haired male called out. When Haru simply continued walking Gokudera was starting to lose his cool. “Alien! Stop right there!” And at that Haru turned to look at Gokudera, tilting his head to the side, smiling as he always did. Gokudera soon caught up and looked over the other. “Are you really an alien?” He asked. Haru nodded and smiled. “Mhm! I’m Haru and I’m an alien!” He repeated his words from earlier. Gokudera pursed his lips as he thought for a moment. “Hm…then let me follow you around.” He stated bluntly, wanting to be able to observe the actions of an alien for as long as possible. “Okay! Let’s go fishing!” Haru said excitedly. Gokudera nodded, writing down in a notebook that aliens liked to fish, and then followed the blond out of the building. As they walked Gokudera would write down notes every now and then on how the alien acted. He was amazed with how human the alien acted…though it was definitely not like any normal human. Things continued on like this for the next couple days. Gokudera would follow Haru around almost everywhere and take down notes and how he acted. But there was something that Gokudera wanted to see still. How did this alien sleep? Did it sleep? What did it do when the sun went down? To answer these questions there was only one way to find out…and that was…a sleepover. Gokudera had to work up quite a bit of courage to ask the alien such a thing since he himself had never had a sleepover before in his entire life. He was a solitary guy that didn’t enjoy being around others very much…but this was all for research. It had to be done. “Haru!” Gokudera called out to get the other’s attention since he seemed to be preoccupied with some book on fishing. “Sleep over at my house tonight!” He demanded more than asked. “Ah!! Yes! Yes! I want to sleep over at Gokudera’s house!” Haru lit up, his smile as wide as always. Gokudera wrote down a note that the alien knew what sleeping was and then gave a brief smile and nodded. It was settled then. Gokudera was going to have the alien spend the night at his house. The rest of the day went by and soon Gokudera was walking with Haru to his home. He wondered if this was really such a good idea…but there was no going back now. And anyways, he needed to complete his research and this was a very important part of that. When they got to his house Gokudera unlocked the door and let Haru inside. He was glad that there was mostly never anyone at home, especially since his sister was more than a bother. “Well, this is my home. Make yourself comfortable.” Gokudera told the alien. Haru ran over to the television and looked over to Gokudera. “What’s this?” He asked as he poked at it. “That’s a television.” Gokudera told Haru. “It’s a telecommunication medium for transmitting and receiving moving images.” He explained in his usual scientific way. Of course Haru had no idea what Gokudera was saying, but he was still amazed with it. Gokudera picked up the remote and turned on the television. Some soap opera channel that his older sister liked was on and the show was in the middle of a scene where two people were kissing. Haru was in awe as he watched what was going on and Gokudera was writing down notes on Haru’s reaction. The scene intensified and then it went to commercial. Haru looked over at Gokudera, curious. “What where they doing??” He asked as he tilted his head to the side. Gokudera blushed at the thought of having to explain such a thing. “Uh…well…they were kissing…and stuff.” He said, trying to be as brief as possible. Haru nodded and for a moment just stood there. Then the next thing Gokudera knew the blond was right in front of him. “Can we do what they were doing? It looked like fun!” He smiled. Gokudera blushed more. “Uh, it’s not the same when it’s two guys…well, a guy and an alien.” Haru frowned and took out his water gun. He took it out when things weren’t going his way or when somebody was doing something that he didn’t like. Gokudera knew what the water gun did by now but there was no way to stop what came next. Haru sprayed Gokudera with the water gun. When Gokudera came to he was kissing Haru. Not only that but he was on top of the other on the couch and feeling up the alien’s thin frame. Gokudera felt too good to stop what was happening as his body begged for more. Meanwhile Haru was just having fun experiencing something new. Gokudera’s body was moving on its own, wanting to assist Gokudera in experiencing all of his pent up sexual desires. His hand, which was already under Haru’s shirt, began to lift the others shirt up and over his head so that Haru was to be shirtless. Gokudera was breathing heavily and started to kiss Haru’s neck and down his chest. Haru was letting out little giggles as he thought that the kisses tickled. In the back of Gokudera’s mind he knew that he should stop, but rationality was long gone at the moment, the need for pleasure taking the driver’s seat for a change. As Gokudera kissed down Haru’s torso he soon found himself at the other’s waist. He licked his lips hungrily and looked up at Haru for a moment before taking a hold of Haru’s pants and starting to pull them down. To Gokudera’s surprise he was built just like any other human boy…and that meant that Gokudera could do what his body was craving. Haru was merely watching Gokudera, wondering what he would do next. Gokudera lowered his head and soon his lips were around the head of Haru’s member. Haru let out a gasp, having not expected Gokudera to do such a thing. When Gokudera started to slid his tongue around Haru’s head and shaft Haru grabbed a hold of the couch, not knowing what was going on and not sure if he liked it or not. “G-gokudera..! Stop..!” He said in a breathless voice. But Gokudera wasn’t listening. Gokudera started to bob his head, taking in most of Haru’s length, and bringing a hand up to fondle Haru’s testicles. Haru couldn’t stand what he was feeling and tried to look around for his water gun. He soon spotted it on the floor and reached for it. It took a moment but soon he had it in his hands and was squirting Gokudera with it. Gokudera woke up in the morning in his bed and looked around, not seeing Haru anywhere. Had what happened merely been a dream? He blushed deeply at the thought and shook his head. There was no way it could have been real. Gokudera got up and got ready for school. When he got to school Haru was nowhere to be seen and Gokudera felt a lump in his throat as he started to piece together the fact that what happened last night hadn’t been a dream and that he had scared Haru away. The days passed and Haru never came back to school and Gokudera could never forgive himself for what he had done to not only an innocent alien but his first friend. Lelouch (Code Geass) x Light (Death Note) Lelouch stared at Light from across the classroom. He hated him, everything about him. Light Yagami had become the bane of his existence in the three, short months since he transferred into this school. He reminded him too much of himself, a man who knew power and did his best to hide it. Today, Lelouch planned to put an end to it all. The bell rang and Lelouch pushed himself from his chair and stood in front of Light. They stared each other down, waiting for the other students to file out. When they were alone in the classroom they dropped their civil masks, showing their true hatred for each other. “Lelouch.” Light growled, waiting for him to announce the reason he had forced him to stay in this stupid classroom. He fingered his Death Note mindlessly, contemplating the wonderful ways he could end this man’s life. He would have by now, gladly, but the police were getting too close to him. Everywhere he went, he could feel them watching him. Lelouch tried his best to ignore the tone in his voice as he figured out how to word his command. He wanted Light to be trapped, but he wanted him to know that he was trapped. If he lost his mind to the command, he would lose any shred of amusement that could possibly come from the whole thing. He leaned forward, glaring deep into Light’s eyes. “I’ve been wanting to talk to you like this for a while now.” “Funny,” Light interrupted with a dark chuckle, “I’ve been meaning to talk to you as well. If you could choose any way to die, how would you want to go? I’ve been thinking about it, you seem like someone who would want to go with a huge bang. Maybe taking everything you love with you? I know that little sister of yours would be lost if you left her alone.” Lelouch’s face went dark at the mention of his sister. That was the last straw in his book. No one, no one, threatens his sister in front of him. Leaning in, his hatred finally burst forward through his glowing eye. “Do as I say.” It was a simple order, but he didn’t care anymore whether Light knew what was happening. All he wanted was for this man to suffer humiliation. “Stand up.” Light stood, shaking a little bit. This sight brought an evil smirk to Lelouch’s face. “Good, you can still hear me in there.” “B-bastard…what d-did you…do?” “Just giving you a little taste of what real power is. Now kneel.” Light fell to his knees in front of Lelouch and glared up at him with shaky eyes. Giving a little chuckle Lelouch reached down and unzipped his pants. Grabbing Light’s hair he watched as a light of awareness filtered into his eyes. “N-no.” Lelouch laughed at the sound of disgust that came from Light’s lips. “Oh yes. Do it.” With shaky fingers Light began to work on him, cursing under his breath the whole time. Lelouch felt more pleasure from the look of hatred and helplessness that intertwined through Light’s features than anything. Tightening his grip on Light’s hair, Lelouch pulled his face closer. “I meant with your mouth.” Angry tears filled Light’s eyes as he fought the command. Every part of his body seemed to strain as he moved in closer. Why? How was he controlling his body like this? He clenched his teeth against the thought of sticking that in his mouth. They unclenched without his permission. Lelouch laughed above him again. “What’s the matter Light? You’re shaking.” Light closed his eyes, concentrating hard. If you’re going to stick that in his mouth, the least he could do is bite it off for you. Bite. Bite. Bite. Bite…It took every ounce of his strength, but his teeth finally bore down into the tender flesh. Lelouch’s breath caught, this time not in pleasure. Wrenching back he slammed his foot into Light’s stomach, sending him falling back, gasping for air. While Lelouch stood there examining himself, Light used the confusion to grope around for his Death Note. His vision was still blurred from that kick and his body was still somewhat rebellious, but that wasn’t enough to keep him from finding that familiar shape. Now he just needed something to write with. Before that could happen, Lelouch delivered another kick to his gut sending him flying back again. “You know Light, that wasn’t very nice.” He reached down and scooped up the Death Note. “What is this thing anyway? You’re always writing in it.” Flipping through the pages all Lelouch could find was name after name. Some of them he recognized, some of them he didn’t. “What? I’m not good enough to be in your little journal?” Light spit at his feet. “That journal is only for a special breed of human.” Lelouch had definitely made it to the list, though Light wouldn’t give him the thrill of knowing it. Lelouch laughed again. “That’s ok, this journal is mine now... Kill yourself.” Again Light’s body started moving on its own. Finally he understood the terror of his victims as the window grew closer and all of the scenery around him started to fade. All he could hear was Lelouch cackling in the background. He fell, silently, not a sound escaping his lips. When he hit the ground with a thud, Lelouch just stood there at the desk, staring at the window he had disappeared through. It was over. It was finally over. Looking around, he took a little time to clean up. Light’s flying body had knocked over a couple of chairs. After making sure everything was in place, he turned to leave but that “Death Note” caught his eye again. The jerk. Not writing his name in it. Grabbing a pen Lelouch quickly scribbled out Lelouch Lamperouge. Clicking the pen in satisfaction, he walked over to the window and stared down at Light’s crumpled body. Then a pain wrenched through his chest and fell, landing next to his own victim. Their dead eyes staring into each other. Miketsukami Soushi (Inu x Boku SS) x Gin (Hotarubi no Mori e) Gin had been living his whole life in a forest. Originally, he had been human but since he had been abandoned and the Youkai of said forest had taken care of him, he had turned into something that wasn’t really human anymore. Without the mask he was always wearing, he still looked like a normal blond haired teenager but the price for him to grow up had been for him to be unable to live with other people. Although Gin was a supernatural being, a touch of a human being could kill him. Whenever children came to play into the forest, the only thing he could do was to watch from afar. The Youkai were his family but he was longing for a friend, one who was like those kids and would teach him about the world outside. Gin wished for one single friend to show him the reason for being born human. One late sunny and warm afternoon in spring, the first flowers had only been starting to bloom a few weeks ago, he saw somebody drinking from a small river. Silently watching that person from behind the trees, Gin thought that it was quite unusual for a human to be in such a deep part of his home but just when the blond haired was thinking about whether the other guy was a human or not, the other one looked into his direction and said: “Come out.” Hesitating for a moment, Gin followed the order and walked towards that unknown person while the other one watched every of his moves carefully. Stopping a few meters in front of that person, Gin could now clearly see his face. His eyes caught his attention. One eye was green like grass while the other one had the color of the sky. Although his hair was gray, the person in front of him looked quite young. He was probably in his twenties which made it almost impossible for him to be a human. Gin felt drawn to him and only when he remembered that staring at someone was not a nice thing to do, he hurried and looked elsewhere. To hide his embarrassment he introduced himself and asked for the other one’s name. “I am Miketsukami Soushi. It is nice to make your acquaintance.” The words were said friendly but Gin felt that there was more to it. Maybe his conversation partner wasn’t interested in him since the words were too formal and kind of cold. Soushi’s body language wasn’t inviting him either. It seemed as if there was an invisible shield around him, holding everyone back who dared to get too close. Something in his behavior made Gin feel nostalgic. He knew those signs of rejection very well. After a few seconds he remembered why. He himself behaved the same way though the reasons were most likely different. Gin didn’t despise the contact with others but was afraid of being touched by a human while the gray haired seemed to be wary of every living being. “It’s been a while since I saw someone around my age. If it’s alright with you, would you like to eat with me? It’s almost time for dinner and my house is nearby. Or are you in a hurry?” Gin asked him not sure if the gray haired would accept the offer because he seemed to be someone who had forgotten how to trust others. Hesitating for a moment, Soushi finally answered that it was okay. Gin was seriously surprised but he didn’t want to ask why he decided like he did. While walking towards the house, Gin told Soushi about how humans had lived in it a long time ago and that the Youkai of the forest restored it for him to live in after he had been abandoned by his family. The more the blond one talked, the more Soushi seemed to warm up to him though he still kept his distant behavior. Maybe Gin imagined it but somehow he had caught the interest of the other one. He started to ask the one or other question about Gin’s life in the forest. When the dinner – which consisted mostly of seasonal vegetables – was ready, both sat down at the run down table and ate while talking a bit over the places Soushi had been traveling to. After a while, Gin began to wonder about how pale the face of the person with the two color eyes was. Three heartbeats later, the blond had walked around the table and was checking the other ones temperature and ordered the gray haired to bed without listening to any complaints. “My arm still feels warm even though it has been a few moments since I touched your head.” Was what Gin had argued. They had to share the bed since there was only one. It was weird for the blond to have someone else sleep next to him. He had been living alone in this house for years. The other Youkai preferred to sleep in the forest itself so it had been a while since he had company. Since Soushi ’s fever didn’t seem to decline, Gin had been pampering him the following day. It was clear that the guest was feeling uncomfortable with it. Maybe he was someone who liked it better to be alone. Gin tried his best and told stories about living in the forest, cooked the meals, pushed his patient back to the bed and even helped him to wipe off the sweat. After another night, Gin felt like he had a fever himself which was kind of weird. He was only human by appearance and had never been sick. He was able to talk, eat and sleep, yes, but that was something the Youkai of the forest were able to do as well. He opened his eyes and found the gray haired hugging him while sleeping. Holding the hand against the other one’s forehead told him that he had been the one with the fever all along the Soushi’s skin felt like ice. The short touch woke his guest up as well. A few moments later their roles had already turned around. As thanks for the care he had received, Soushi now took care of Gin. It seemed the role of the one to do everything for someone else seemed to suit the one with the two colored eyes better than being cared of. He even stayed for another night. The next day it was apparent that Gin’s condition was far from getting any better. He had trouble even staying awake for more than just a few hours. Soushi got the other Youkai to take a look at him but they couldn’t think of a something helpful either and so the gray haired continued to nurse Gin hoping that everything would be fine. Now it was the gray haired who told stories about his life – not so much to keep the sick one in bed but more to entertain him. It wasn’t a nice story and awoke a lot of different feelings in Gin. At first he didn’t know what made him feel like that but then he realized that they both had a past they didn’t want to think of though in Gin’s case it was more like he wouldn’t be able to remember even if he tried. Soushi remembered his past very well and was mistreated for a long time. For a second the blond one was happy about being abandoned in this forest. Even though he wasn’t able to have much contact to other humans, the alternative would probably have been a lot worse. When Gin woke up this night, Soushi was moving around a lot. In the assumption on him having a nightmare, Gin gently hugged him and gave him a kiss on the forehead. Just a few moments later, the dream seemed to have ended and the gray haired relaxed while continuing to sleep. When Soushi woke up was alone in the small house. Only a few leaves and petals were keeping him company. They must have had been blown in when Gin opened the door was what the guest thought. He cleaned them up, fixed some breakfast and waited for the other ones return. Being tired of waiting, he went outside to look if Gin was somewhere close by but he wasn’t. Remembering the high fever the blond had the previous day, he ran around searching but only found the other Youkai. In the end, Gin never came back. His body hadn’t been able to have contact with humans but half of Miketsukami Soushi was human. |

Hmm... this was a really tough choice. I voted for Gokudera (KHR!) x Haru (Tsuritama), though. The spoiler details what I thought about all 3 stories. It will probably be long and it will also probably contain spoilers. You have been warned. And I might end up going off-topic every now and then. Sorry about this in advance. It's been a while since I've read so much text at once. After reading manga for so long, it's going to take me a while to get back into reading novels and fan fictions. Gokudera And The Alien Named Haru. I admit to knowing nothing about this Haru from Tsuritama. Is it really famous? I'm really behind all famous anime series. As well as manga. As well as new series. Everything, basically. Thankfully, I started KHR! about a month ago and so I know who Gokudera is. So Haru is an alien? How so exactly? I thought the part where Gokudera noted down that aliens liked to fish was incredibly funny. And the moment I heard read the word "sleepover", I already knew what was going to happen. So, yes, it is a predictable story. Not that it matters, but I could see this as a generic manga plot. Not exactly original, but I suppose it tells what has been told many times before in it's own way. In that way being a crossover pair and with a touch of comedy. I have to admit I was reminded of Wall-E for a bit here. Ah, I love that movie. However, I think that it could have been a lot better than it was. Many other things could have been explored. Of course lengthy stories aren't allowed due to the restrictions, but I feel that it could have topped itself if perhaps there were more details on the feelings (that's right, feelings) of the pair. But I do think that this was the best story of out the 3 that put the most feeling into it. I will explain why this is so later. In such a short space, I wasn't really able to feel anything, not even if Gokudera said that he regrets what he did to his first friend. This idea of losing/hurting your only/first friend is played out very nicely in many stories. Of course, these stories are hundreds of pages long, which is not possible here. I voted for this story because I liked the idea of it. The execution would need some work, because as I've repeated, it falls into a generic type of plot. Perhaps some other thing could have happened. Not everything has to be about lust. And also in that sense, not everything has to be about loss. Which is exactly how this story ended. Although in this case, it works. It quite liked this story. It made me smile, in a way. Lelouch (Code Geass) x Light (Death Note) Well well. Here, we are dealing with two heavyweights of the anime world. I can bet you that this story will receive votes just for that. Unfortunately, the characters do matter for some people. Although since I hardly know a lot of "famous" animes, I have seen neither Code Geass nor Death Note. Crazy, right? I don't think it would affect my vote even if I had, anyway. The first thing I have to say about this story is: paragraphs. Paragraphs. I think that's what this story needs first and foremost. Perhaps the author meant for it to be that way, but I quite like having organized paragraphs and not a story that is jumbled into one paragraph. Or if there were actual paragraphs, keep in mind that you should hit "enter" twice for it to look good. Ok, now moving on to the actual story. This is definitely the most exciting out of the three. Those who prefer fast-paced yaoi would definitely enjoy this, I think. Especially when you are putting two very famous characters together. The problem about stories like this is that it completely lacks heart. Of course if that's not what you're looking for, then it's completely fine. But you see, I like my stories to have some form of heart in them. I like to be able to feel and not just blindly read through walls of text. That is why this story does not get my vote. While succeeding in being a fast-paced story, it lacks in every other department. Some of the lines made me cringe with how over-used they are. But I quite like the fact that they both died in the end. It also made me think that Lelouch must be an idiot. But then I thought, how many people would actually know what a Death Note is if they've never heard of, well, Death Note? Right?? Lelouch's death was so fast. I wish it could have been longer. I would have loved to read a detailed description on exactly how excruciating the pain was. But I enjoyed the ending. Nothing's better than a dead person staring into the eyes of the dead person that the former had killed just a few minutes ago. Miketsukami Soushi (Inu x Boku SS) x Gin (Hotarubi no Mori e) Oh, how I wanted to love this story! First of all, just by seeing the names, the story that I was most excited to read was this one. Because, I happen to love "foxes" and I absolutely loved "Hotarubi no Mori e". If you haven't read it, go and read it. Right now. You will not regret it. Oh well, I didn't, at least. Oh, and if you liked that, you would also love "Kon no Ki Konoha". Go read that as well, if you haven't already. It is a beautiful story. What I like to call Gin's "base story", that is, his background, is substance that can be manipulated in a hundred different ways and still be able to come out as a piece of work all in itself. The result in this story was rather flat and lackluster, though. I felt that the only character in the story was Gin. I didn't feel Miketsukami's presence at all in the story. I sometimes wondered if he was even in the same scene. Unfortunately, Gin is unable to hold the story all by himself and that's one of the weaknesses of this story. With the other two, the characters are at the fore front with the background details being behind the characters. The characters in a story are definitely very important. A cast of unique and exciting characters will bring the focus to them if the storyline is somehow unoriginal and rather flat. Because then, the characters will deal with different situations in their own way. This is rather exciting to watch. And if there is an exceptional cast of characters as well as an exceptional plot, well, it can only be called gold then. I am aware, however, that with fan fictions, we are dealing with personalities that have already been developed. I don't believe that the authors are necessarily restrained in showing the personality that the audience knows so well, though. Many people have modified the characters to suit their liking. Much like how the way a character's look is modified, sometimes heavily, by artists to suit their artwork. The results can be extremely outstanding. Hetalia, anyone? I think that this is what this story needed. Character personality modification. These two characters aren't exactly the "loud" type. When dealing with a story with a tone like this, there is usually a lot of emphasis on the character's inner thoughts as well as their surroundings. A lot of the descriptions in this story had me really confused. There was definitely potential, for sure, but the execution didn't go so well. At this moment, all I can remember is Gin meets Miketsukami, Miketsukami has a fever, then Gin has a fever, and then Gin disappears because he touched Miketsukami who is a half human. The story doesn't really stick in my head after I finish reading it. This story could have been a beautiful story about loss (when it's done really well, it can tear your heart in two and you better believe it) and it failed to deliver. Mainly because I couldn't feel Miketsukami's presence. It was very much like he wasn't even there. The description of the surroundings had a lot of potential as well. But it left me more confused than in awe. So all in all, the reason why I chose the first story is because it was enjoyable. It could have been explored more and told in a completely different way, but I did enjoy reading it for the most part. The second story will probably receive a lot of votes for being a very fast-paced and the closest to yaoi compared to these three stories. Yaoi is what I like to read when I'm in the mood for reading yaoi. It isn't exactly something that I would vouch for because it hardly has any substance in it. Much like this story. It's all about excitement, I would think. I would have voted for the third story if it had been better. I really wished it had. I really wanted to vote for it but the lack of a story and the fact that I felt nothing for the characters (one of which I completely forgot was even in the story) made me not able to vote for it. Let me end this be saying that I don't think I'm in any position to "review" any of these stories in any way. Although I enjoy literature, even finding the right words to describe something is sometimes out of my reach. And I doubt that listening reading all this crap that I wrote helped anyone in any way. Although if it did, I would really love to know. This was just my honest opinion of all the stories. I'm sorry if I came off as a bit harsh, that was not my intention at all. I didn't mean any harm with writing this useless wall of text. If you would like to have a "debate" with me on some of my opinions, feel free to do so. However, I'm not much of a debater anyway and I would be the first to lose. But I will definitely try my very best to explain why I thought such a thing about that particular story. Overall, thank you to the authors who I'm sure gave their all in writing these stories. It was definitely fun to read them. You really make me want to go and write a fan fiction myself. XD Good luck with the rest of the competition! I really wonder who read all of this... |

First I want to say that it was hard to decide which one to vote for and sorry it took me so long to comment--wasn't really sure what to write...but here it is: (Contains spoilers) Please keep in mind that I mostly read manga, not fanfiction so I'm used to having pictures and dialogue, but here's what I thought of the stories. Gokudera x Haru: I don't either of these characters personally, actually looked them up before I started reading though so I could at least get a picture of what they looked like. I thought this story was really bitter sweet, I liked it a lot and liked that you put details in to help give the reader a good picture of what's going on and the feelings of the characters. Lelouch x Light: I thought it was an interesting idea but it could have had more details. I personally don't care much for either of these characters, so I was kind of happy when they both died--sorry. Leaving that aside, I would have liked to see Light put up a little more of a fight than that, it was really one-sided. I don't mind stories where someone is forced, but I like when the victim puts up a fight. Also, it was kind of hard to follow since the lines were so close together, I kept losing my place or would start reading the wrong line. Btw, I really liked that they were looking at each other as they died, I thought that was the perfect touch to the story. Miketsukami Soushi x Gin: I thought it was really sweet and almost voted for it, but most of the story was about Gin's background, then some of them taking care of each other, then Gin is gone; I understand that in this story his background was important, but it wasn't long enough to have details about them together and his background. Sorry if it this doesn't help, I really didn't know what to write, but I hope when I finally write a story you'll give me guidance to improve my writing. |

Ah, what amazing pieces of work.^^ Too bad I couldn't join this time, but oh well...=// Maybe next time~XD All stories were interesting in their own ways, but I have to admit, the Lelouch/Light one stood out to me most. Well, I love both of these characters to bits, yes, but at the same time, the ending was simply awesome. I have a thing for angsty themes and the way this story played out was interesting, too. At first though, I expected for Light not to get controlled by Geass for some reason, but then I realized that I was being silly and it was natural he would get controlled.XD Long rant short, I really loved the second story best~^ww^ Kudos to the author!~ Thank you very much!^00^ |

I like all of them and enjoy reading them. But in the end I vote for "Gokudera (KHR!) x Haru (Tsuritama)" because it is the easiest to connect with, I can quite easily picture the scenes in my mind even though I barely know the character. |

As one of the authors I thank the people that are leaving comments : ) It really helps since I was thinking about going back and fixing up my story~If others can leave comments too I would really appreciate it! ----Can authors vote too? Or would that be unfair? haha xDDD |

-Cubia- said: How much longer do people have to vote? though i thought i'd close it today (see the description), i am in no hurry with it since only about 20 people voted until now.. i'd like to have at least 10 more before closing it... but we'll see... it greatly depends on my mood and my time... since i am still behind with things, it will probably close around this weekend |
