| I loved the anime and amazing enough, I read the manga up to where the anime ended and I kept watching the anime, something I a never do because I lose interest. Anyways, I thought it was amazing, I waiting for a second season and I haven´t read the manga beyond the point where the anime ended. I can´t wait to be surprised <3 |

| there better be or i´ll go crazy xD We fans need more Takumi n Misaki <3 Besides KWMS is very populer in both manga n anime ways. They know the´ll be viewers, downloads n many who would buy the dvds. Seriously the´ll make profits of this populerity that KWMS has *nods* n we fangirl/boys[?] will probebly be pesting em till a 2nd season comes out. n there was some cliff hangers in the anime (could be that they just wanted to fast play the story ooooor there planning something hehehehe~) it could be that there gonna see how many fans they have left with the special ep that relised in april too..nyaaa~ OR (brain-blast!) there waiting for the manga to get a little furter so that they can sum it up n know what to have n so in the second season. u know as in Naruto shippuuden they made LOTS of fillers to wait for the manga to go ahead of them so they could plan ahead (there to fast xP) they might be doing the same thing here :] Anyway is a win-win situation so i don´t see why not, ne x3 (+ i wanna see more of KuugaXSakura n MisakiXTakumi) but they might turn out to be lazy after all -_-; but i hope the´ll be a 2nd season *crossing my fingers* |

If everyone that has watched it has read the manga online, and convert them to say they actually bought it. I would say it would have already been announced of a new season. But I still very much believe there could be one. We still don't know nothing really of Usui. I mean come on that guy isnt normal. -.- CROSSING FINGERS FOR ANNOUNCEMENT OF SECOND SEASON Kaichou wa maid-sama will not have a second season. Why? Because it did not sell well in Japan. Yes, JAPAN. For a japanese anime, it doesn't matter how popular it is outside japan. It could be popular in the US, Canada, Spain, Philippines, you name it! BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS, if it sells like crap in Japan, like Maid-sama did, there will be NO second season. Maid-sama averaged 800 copies per volume. That is a MAJOR LOSS. For an anime to at least not be a loss, it MUST sell 2500-3000 copies. Second seasons are considered only if it has 6000 copies or more. While international popularity is good, its the japanese popularity which matters the most. Ironically, most of the time, other than big titles like naruto, stuff which sells in japan doesn't sell well in the US. ^^' Yea weird. If you really wanna know, you know Naruto and One Piece? You know how popular Naruto is in the US and One Piece is in the sidelines a bit? One Piece sells 2 million copies per volume now while naruto only sells 800,00 copies per volume. Now, a little word of advice. Next time you like an anime , instead of only watching it for free, buy the ORIGINAL DVD from Japan(yes, its possible you can buy from amazon japan which can be viewed in english) and SUPPORT the author.
