I recommend having a MyAnimeList app to download so people can keep track on their phones...if not then perhaps you all can have a better mobile version. That's mobile friendly across all various phone platforms.

I haven't tried using any of the unofficial apps, but based on what a nightmare the mobile site version of MAL is, an official app would probably the same ugly af layout with horrid navigation

I'd like full mobile site support a/o a mobile app. Definitely would be nice.

I'm always on mobile pretty much so I'd really love it.

I've looked at the unofficial app but I don't really have a interest in it since no forums. I'll stick to browser.

Full Mobile Support seems more likely than a app being built imo, especially if you want all platforms done. (Android, iOS, Windows Phone... whatever the OS is called.)

I have a feeling a large majority of MAL are on PC most times though so maybe the MAL Team doesn't really have it as a priority todo.

I have an android and got Pocket MAL installed, I use it to keep track of all my progress; both anime and manga.

I've used Pocket MAL before but from my experience it's not very good and lacks alot of features.
