Which characters are eligible to participate? - All characters appeared in animation aired from Oct 01, 2014 to Sept 31, 2015. OVA, OAD and Animation Movie included. Male and female participate in different and separated brackets. Who is eligible to vote? - Registered user of Bilibili, prior to Sept 01, 2015. Schedules? - Preliminary stage takes 36 days(Oct 31 - Dec 05, 2015), the top 3 of each day advance to Main Tournament, 4-6 enters the Return Bracket, with 108 in each.
