You could put that in the "about" section yourself while waiting for MAL to add all these features.
Generally people can work out your favorite genres by your other favorites and sorting your list by scores.

One choice is to use malgraph to check your favorite genres and export or screen shot that info and stick it in your profile "about" section. You can check your malgraph here:

Yes, just use your About Me
You can add "tags" (equivalent to MAL's "genres") to your favourites on AniDB, btw (MAL's genres were, in fact, taken from AniDB in the first place years ago, when they were still called "categories" there)
