Anime with partying students

I recently herd that in Japan kids in schools learn long and hard to pass with great scores to be able to get to good higher eductional facilites (i dont know ranking of schools in Japan) like University. And then students stop caring about grades and starts partying when they get there. But as i remember in animes i nevers saw that, so my reccomendation request is for animes that would prove that (student that are more focused on partying than studing and where its normal).

i would rec you more a few mangas like hetakoi

hmm maybe the anime nana (but i havent seen it)

or maybe golden time (they are students but there is nothing with learning, more about romance and how they spent time)
