Mexico City time is wrong

Hi, while I was changing settings in my profile I discovered that Mexico City time is wrong, because it shows the clock 1 hour ahead. For about a year now, Mexico (as a country) no longer uses the daylight saving system, so the correct time should be 1 hour earlier than what the page indicates.
