OK, why is this being displayed as a separate anime on MAL. Isn't it basically a PV that was released in Jump Festa and isn't original special is meant to be bundled with the anime.

The PV is actually only a PreView of this episode. It was made to be shown at Jump Festa, they only decided to bundle it with the anime. Most of the time Jump Festa's anime never get release outside of it.

It is couting not only the "Save! Rescue Training" OVA (the Jump Fest one) and the "Training of the Dead" OVA released recently (June 2nd, I think?
