So far the YS anime will be done by DieOrYouWillDie, Luxtress, and Yorium.

no theme - I'm allowing for an open edition. Cards need to have 1) Namine's Cafe; 2) 10,000 members (in one form or another); 3) Username; and if possible: 4) mention that it's 5 years (Cafe hit 10k members on it's 5th anniversary) - 2 card minimum; will determine how long edition stays out based on initial reception of the edition
No BL, no live action / k-pop, and no NSFW
