That's still not how Mal works, that would mean that hes ban evading.
The numbered account was used several times after the so called ban as well.

Nope he was permanently banned from MAL on that account. The "banned" account was changed to numbers "2580654" therefore making the name unused. He then created an account with his previous name.

That's not how things work.

If you're banned it doesn't wipe any club that you've made and anyway, his original account was still in use after the so called ban.

Also after the so called ban he was back straight away, this is also not how bans work.

Like I said, it doesn't add up.

Sigh the club got moved because MagicalBrownies got banned from MAL resulting in his user created clubs deleted. He created a new account with the same name and recreated the club.

Enough explanation?
