Probably because the manga still isnt complete and they don't want to run into the same problems as previous. If there enough sales of the manga upon completion im sure a new, higher budget anime series is possible.

But remember, there are 2 movies in production for 2011 so thats their first priority....maybe if the movies do well?

On another note. New chapter discussion? The last one was pretty bad ass not gonna lie...
