its different for everyone, like now there is a way to get 31 in every iv not only but you can get the poke shiny without the use of an ar all need to do is find out your secret id in the game. This something I'm not willing to learn cause it can be difficult.

lol all it is you kill a poke get a point for that stats, each poke you battle gives a certain point towards a specific stats. You'll know when your done if you go to the effort ribbon lady.
