Welcome to Soul Society, where the dead reside, and in rare cases move on to become Shinigami. As you know, there are 2 areas in Soul Society that you must have heard of. The first is Rukongai where souls from the material world come in and live with their separate family and those of you without seats live. Rukongai has 80 districts that decrease in peace and order as you go farther out towards district 80. The other is Seireitei where Shinigami live in. Now... all of you shall be part of the Gotei 13, Kido Corps, and Special Forces. And for those of you who are strong enough to master your hollow powers, are the Vizard. All of you shall dedicate your lives to protecting Seireitei and the material world from the Hollow and Arrancar!

If a conversation is trying to be held while an RP battle is taking place, those who are bothered by the RP have a right to demand the battle is done in a thread.Once you are finished RP-ing you are not required to delete it. Because ADMINS will check forums every day and delete what is not needed. HOWEVER, IF YOU WANT ADMINS TO SAVE YOUR RP THREAD BECAUSE THE BATTLE ISN'T FINISHED, THEN YOU MUST MESSAGE AT LEAST ONE ADMIN. YOU WILL THEN HAVE 3 DAYS TO FINISH THE BATTLE. Title your RP thread with the people fighting. Example: THESUPERIOR V.S Carrera.
Captain and Vice Captain/Lieutenant seats CANNOT be claimed. In order to become a Captain, you must be nominated by a current Captain and then you must win the majority of the votes made by the current Captains. Vice Captains/Lieutenants are chosen by the Captain of that Division.
In order to send out a mass message, it should be discussed with the other administrators so they will be made aware of what is being sent out ahead of time and then they can approve/verify it.
If any member of a division is going to be away for more than 7 days, they should report it in the Hiatus thread located in the Seireitei and use the given format to report it.
No admin can just ban people on a whim or for illegitimate reasons. If an admin feels that a member should be banned, he/she must create a thread (not in the Seireitei though obviously) and give solid reasons or proof as to why said member should be banned. Then a consensus will be taken and a decision reached. If a member feels that someone should be banned they must plead their case to an ADMIN of Supreme Seireitei

Zero Division = Royal Guard
This division is done differently than the others. You can get "Picked" to join this division (not put in when you ask to be in a division in the Seat Thread). You can accept the invitation or you deny it. The Zero Division is a Secret one and the names for this division will be written invisible until found out or if they choose to "not" have it invisible. Other than that this is a fun division... well all divisions are fun so that doesn't make a difference (Laughs)... Just think of it as a Special Elite Squad or ANBU Black Ops from Naruto.
*Any Captain or Vice Captain seats CANNOT be requested. You must be nominated by a current Captain and then win the approval of the majority of the current Captains of the 13 Divisions. This rule applies to the Commander in Chief of the Special Forces, the Corps Commander of the Kido Corps, and the First Seat of the Vizards.
