3. Everyone starts at the lowest power of their race

Wings - Used to counter Stray Devils & Demons
Weapons - These weapons are decided by the soul of the Reaper when they are born, when they awaken it, they can summon it at will, they are only hand weld - Sytche, Duel Daggers, Swords,etc. They also have a powerful magical aurora.
