No, I very highly doubt a second season. Just recently, the manga for Kanokon was cancelled (it was on hiatus for a long while). So unless someone decides to pick it up and go on without a manga base, well, we're not getting any more Kanokon. Like I said though, there is a two-episode OVA.

Well, it's not really a second season, it's two OVA's, lol. It's titled "Kanokon ~Manatsu no Dai Shanikusai~".
