hi Im new at MAL , this are my recomendations of shinigamis:
1.cassern and dune from casshern sins, because shinigami wa dune nickname. casshern says at the end that if Luna will give life, he will be the shinigami who will make remember what is dead
2. souleater no need to explain
3.jigoku shoujo
4.zombie loan
5.grell of kuroshitsuji
I had others in mind but I forgot xD (Akeshi Matsuhide from sengoku Basara has the shinigami looks, but is not)

Anime Relations might also include Soul Eater, Zombie Loan (remember the red headed shinigami in the the subway tunnel), and Kuroshitsuji
