According to the Anime News Network:

"Rie Kugimiya is replacing the late Tomoko Kawakami, and Yuzuru Fujimoto is taking the place of Hiroshi Arikawa, who passed away last year."

I'm still wondering which seiyu they'll find to be the new voice of Miu though. I've seen a lot of guesses and wishes, but haven't found anything from an official source yet
