It would have been too difficult to create animated endings for the new characters, so they replaced all of the anime endings with illustrated endings by UDON ENTERTAINMENT.

Given, I didn't like the animations, but the illustrations are quite boring and uninteresting. But it's just another thing that had to be sacrificed to bring TvC to the states.

If anyone is interested in playing online, go ahead and post your Friend Codes. We can set up some games sometime in the future.

Yes I played, and the voice didn't sound familiar, I just didn't think it was the same guy.
Still I prefer Doronjo, Toonzler and Boyacky to the new announcer.
And is it just me or did they also remove the video endings? I only played it once with Ryu and Alex and when I defeated the final Boss, which was a much bigger pain in the ass on the original version it usually took me 5 tries to beat him, and after Alex's little speech I was expecting the video and it went to the credits, not sure if I pressed a button or something.

I actually prefer the new interface, but it's pretty sad how they had to take out some of the features that made this game so awesome due to licensing issues (Like Character Themes during Battle).

Also, the Announcer is hands-down amazing. Ever play Smash 64? Yeah, same guy.

I'm really, really enjoying this game thus far, and I hope to play with some of you guys in the near future. Have fun with it!

After having played the Ultimate All-stars version of the game I fell sad, this version is really a step down of the Cross Generation heroes one, the menu doesn't have that childish kinda feeling to it, having been substituted by a more steril version of it, we no longer hear the Yatterman villains on the menu, we now have an unknwon announcer, and finally the game doesn't feel has difficult has Cross Generation, . On the plus side, we know have online mode and I have played with the new characters but they look nice, will give my opinion on these when I do.
