Information At first he seems like a psychotic chocoholic trying to chase down Spongebob and Patrick for their chocolate bars. But when he manages to catch up with them while they were off guard he suddenly changes to a calm mannered fishman, probably due to the fact that he may have a severe personality disorder. He ends up buying all of Spongebob's and Patrick's chocolate bars making the boys rich and he enjoys his immense proportion of chocolate bars.
