Class rep for the second year, "Ouka" class at Kaihou Academy, she is calm and collected, an excellent student and an all-round athlete. She has no weak points.

Popular as she is, Hagino never shows emotion, surrounding herself with an aura of mystery.

However, the main character first sees her surrounded by birds and then when she officially meets her, Hagino chokes her, nearly to death.
