If you don't read the manga, you will be missing alot of things that the anime don't got from the manga. Also theres 1 character i remember from the manga thats isn't in the anime so yea.

Yes, I did and it was definitely worth it, what is in the anime isn't even half of what's in the manga.

That is not to say that the anime was a bad adaptation, it was just a bit short.
