All I have been watching lately is One Piece and Dragonball Kai. Good stuff. There really hasn't been anything coming out lately that I really just "need" to see right away, at least nothing to my knowledge. If anyone has a suggestion, please feel free. One piece is f'n amazing right now. Such a good anime, also I am enjoying Dragonball Kai with Maomao, love DBZ.

I really need to find a new anime series to watch, or at least something i haven't seen before. Time to start looking.

Just kidding. Well kinda. I found myself drawn to a new MMO called Aion. I have a few friends that play it and I am kinda getting into it myself. The only problem, I can't just do 1 thing. I need to multitask. So I am watching things that seem, "Meh" to me to pass the time. Currently I am watching Regios. Its not very good, but its not bad either. I have "watched" 3 episodes so far and its good to pass the time I guess. If you want some background noise, check it out. If you want something to actually watch, go watch One Piece.

Well I havent written anything in over a year! thats a long time! A year! Well who gives a fuck, no one reads this pos blog anyway. So if your reading this, why? You truely have nothing better to do? I am so sorry. Well, fine. Check back for more... maybe... Not sure, I went a year last time, so dont hold your breath.

Well not necessarily true, but it was the title that came to mind. I have downloaded more than my usual share of new anime recently, dropping most of it as well. Some of it has been surprisingly pleasant. For example, Inazuma Eleven. This is a sports anime about Soccer. Thats right, Soccer! Not "Futbol" or "Football", but soccer! Apparantly the Japanese use Soccer for the sport. It is a little strange hearing the word coming from a Japanese native, I thought America was the only country in the world that called it Soccer. Anyway, this is just a really fun series. I really didn't know what to expect going in, but by the end of the episode I was wanting more. Go download the first episode and find out for yourself. Anything else? Nope. :P

I am really enjoying this new show. It is only on its second episode, but the show has some good writing to it, and the characters are pretty entertaining. Now, it does have its cliche moments that make me want to gag, forcing me to fast forward through certain parts, but when I laugh, it will usually cause me to burst out. It is really funny and has a lot of potential. I really wish these Japanese writers, and directors would watch foreign shows to draw from other sources of inspiration because I have seen so many different types of anime shows and constantly see the same elements. Enough rambling, its a good show, check it out if you think it might interest you.

Kaiba was a pretty good series. I can understand why people give it such high marks, which is not always the case. I really don't know what to say about the series. It was a decent romance themed anime that had a lot of heart. It also had a lot of sad moments, and I am always very happy to see when a series is willing to kill off characters, and Kaiba did this 100x over. I would recommend it to pretty much anyone who is a fan of any type of romantically themed anime, and would highly recommend to women who enjoy a good tear jerker.

Well I took another look at Golden Boy and gave each episode a rating to find out what it would get. 10, 10, 9, 10, 10, 9. In order. 9.66. Pretty good. 0.02 behind Berserk. Which I would not have any other way.

I wanted to mention an anime that was just released. Toradora! (the ! is in the name) I am not exactly sure what the plot is (besides what I read for it here on MAL) but it seems to be pretty well written and the animation is really good as well. I have given the first episode an 8, which is really hard to do for an anime that had hardly any action in the traditional sense. I am really curious to see how it plays out and where it is going. I have high hopes for this one.

Oh, just wanted to mention that I saw the season premiere to Star Wars The Clone Wars today. It had 2 episodes back to back. Now I am not a huge Star Wars fan.

So let me give my thoughts on this new series.

First off, the droids need to stop talking. Whenever they open their mouths, it hurts my ears. I was never truly annoyed by Jar-Jar Binks, but if he is as annoying to everyone else as much as the droids are to me, now I understand. Just have them say "Roger Roger" and that's about it. Other than those pests, the writing and voice acting in this series is top notch. I am impressed with all the voice actors and how well they came off. The one I was most impressed with was Anakin. His voice actor is easier to listen to than the god awful actor's that played him in the first 3 movies. Props to him. Also, being able to see this beautiful series in HD is a blessing. The art is well done, and I cannot believe this is a series with the quality that it is in. Sound is on par with all other things Star Wars as well. So overall I would say this series is going to make every Friday a day worth looking forward to.
