Example #139: Polygon Fighter
This is the Hundred-and-thirty-ninth week of using the "Perfect Anime Girl Sheet". Notice: This Blog may contain Unmarked Spoilers.
Last week I promised a girl that likely everyone has heard of. When I thought of it, there was only one girl I could think of (well, there was a reverse trap, but I haven't played enough games with her in it to do a good blog). So join me as I continue to talk about...

No, this girl, having her start on the Playstation, is still fondly remembered today.

Head
Hair: Tifa has brown hair, though occasionally it looks a bit black (I blame shadows). From her menu screen image, I would say it's very "model"-ish, with a lot of volume compared to her other images. She has hip-length hair, but it is ever so slightly tied at the bottom. Some people consider it to look like a dolphin's tail. Normally, I would say that it is a bad thing, but it's low enough to possibly be easy to fall out (note: it doesn't...). It does get cut prior to Advent Children (blame images for me knowing), but it is still pretty long, extending to mid back which is still fine. Her AC hair is why I mentioned it looking a bit black (it's more obvious in AC). Overall, even if I don't like the "dolphin" look, her Advent hair is definitely to my tastes.
Grade: A
Eyes: She has very nice brown eyes, even if some of the older art places them as somewhat red. She definitely has very sexy eyes, and even in 3D they look good (a rarity for computer-generated shows).
Grade: B
Face: Her face is also very nice. I would say, though, that her face has definitely improved over time. Not to be insulting though, I just meant that due to the Playstation's limited polygon-art didn't have the technology to do a good face (or body, but I'll get to that later). I would say that Tifa's AC face is some of the best CG faces I've seen. So cute...
Grade: A-
Body
Build: Much of Tifa's strength is in her build. She definitely has a shapely and erotic body. She is known for her long legs, which are definitely shown off. She's 5'4", and her measurements are 36-24-35 (92-60-88 cm), proving she definitely has a great body (according to an Ultimania, anyway). She's definitely a strong character without much muscle mass, which is always a plus in my book.
However, as I've said, the limited art style for the Playstation does damage her a bit in this area. In battle or FMV I can't complain about her. But on the map or in dungeons she does look pretty blocky. She even has blocks for hands! Though it's not like everyone else doesn't have the same problem...
Grade: A-
Breasts: This is one of Tifa's main characteristics. No, I'm being serious and not perverted. Her breasts are definitely what separated from the other girls in FFVII. She definitely has huge breasts, which are also exaggerated due to the polygon art (so it made her a bit weird looking but made her breasts huge...I'm okay with that xD). I should mention the flashback, as you could find "orthopedic underwear", which I always imagined to be due to her needing "extra support". Also of mention is that, if you win a battle in the game with her, she definitely flaunts her chest, as her animation is to stretch her arms in such a way that fully puts her chest outward.
Grade: A
Clothes: Tifa usually wears a single outfit; a very relaxed but revealing one, as well. It consists of a miniskirt, a white midriff-showing shirt, and suspenders. She usually wears teardrop earrings, but they aren't as noticeable due to the graphics. She also uses gloves, as that's her weapon as well. They go up to her forearm, but are usually fingerless (as far as the art goes, individual weapons notwithstanding).
In her other appearances, she wears a black zip up with black shorts and a long cape. She also has a "cowgirl" outfit and an "original" outfit based on the original sketch by Amano (it has a lot of red, so I like her game version more). I don't like her extra two, but her AC and original outfit are both extremely sexy.
Grade: B
Mind
Personality: Tifa is definitely a type of girl I'd like. She's very outwardly strong, but is definitely empathetic and surprisingly shy. She's a motherly character, and is the type to keep going due to devotion and loyalty. She does keep her feelings inside, but does eventually reveal them and isn't a tsundere about it. She just can't say it due to her shyness, which I applaud. She stays with Cloud when he's out of the party at one point (which is definitely a bad thing; I was using both at that point xD), and helps him to regain his persona. She's also had a pretty bad life (what with her town being destroyed and a childhood incident that nearly killed her), but remains optimistic. Oddly enough for her body type and clothing choice, she's more traditional and caring than Aeris, who is more tomboy-ish (though the fandom tends to reverse that, unfortunately). She is a really good female protagonist, and even if her breasts are what pull guys in, she DOES have a great personality to keep her up there in the "best female video game characters" listing.
In game, there's not much difference between characters (other than weapon choice). She's a fist user, which means that she's fairly "monk"-like in the Final Fantasy mechanics. She does have a pretty nifty limit break, where you have to do the correct slots to see whether or not you do increased damage, normal damage, or miss outright. I did use her as the "healer" in most of my games (using Cloud for Physical damage and Red/Vincent as a "Black Mage"-type), but I haven't played FFVII for quite some time.
Grade: B
Libido: To be fair, there was a deleted scene where she would leave the Chocobo's pen with Cloud in a suspicious manner, but I can't count that. She does have deep feelings for Cloud, but is a girl who doesn't want to speak her mind, unfortunately. She did get captured (intentionally) to be a bad man's "bride", but nothing really happened (she'll smash them!). In fan art, she's definitely portrayed as the most "erotically-minded" character, but I shouldn't count that as far as the blog is concerned. So she has some, but it really isn't shown other than to Cloud.
Grade: B-
Age: Her age is depending on the game/show, as FFVII is a compilation rather than a single game (like I'm familiar with). She could be anywhere from 15 (Crisis Core) to 23 (Dirge of Cerberus). However, as the main game is the only one I've seen her from, I have to take her age as a healthy 20.
