Mobile Suit Gundam Seed (1 – 4) [Re-watch]
Slow start but action packed and offers an in-depth introduction to what will become essential later on in the series as well as introduce us to key events that will develop over the course of the season. Character introduction and interactions are pretty sharp as well. This as always been one of my favorite Gundam.

Mobile Suit Gundam Seed (5 – 13) [Re-watch]
Events definitely escalated up to that climatic battle in episode 13; truly the best thus far and with high emotional stakes. The psychological development of the characters is also well executed and definitely holds my interest.

Bleach (145 – 151) [Re-watch]
Nel is awesome! That is all.

Seriously though, she is the best part of these last few episodes. The Menos Forest was a rather slowish arc and the Privarone Espada aren’t exactly the most exciting of villains. Although, Ulquiorra and Aizen certainly delivered in the “evil and awesome” category again.

Mobile Suit Gundam Seed (14 – 18) [Re-watch]
Some powerful relationship developments here as well as Cagali’s formal introduction. I find the desert arc more compelling as well but that may be due to the story having progressed further by this point. The psychological development of characters in relation to the themes at play is also a point of interest.

Mobile Suit Gundam Seed (19 – 24) [Re-watch]
The water battles sort off dragged on but the confrontation with the Tiger was pretty intense and the episode with Cagali and Athrun on the island is one of the best episodes.
