This is the Ninety-eighth week of using the "Perfect Anime Girl Sheet". Notice: This Blog may contain Unmarked Spoilers.

But anyway! I have been transported to the touhou universe, but fear not! For I do have a blog ready. For this week, we will...

:Be doing Wriggle Nightbug.

What? No, I had someone else in mind...

:July Fourth.

What do you mean, July Fourth?

:That's the first day you wanted me to start to do Wriggle. It is now October.
: WE ARE DOING WRIGGLE TODAY!

Okay, okay... whatever.

Today's girl is:

Wriggle Nightbug
from
The Touhou Series

(Note: I may be using fanon/personal opinions about Touhou characters)

Head
Hair: Wriggle has short green hair. While neither the color or length would be something I would consider "perfect", it looks cute on her. It's very boyish though, but could be considered a more masculine girls cut. She's also got two antenna on her head, signifying the fact that she is an insect Youkai. In most official works, they just remain somewhat still, but in a few fan works I've seen them move based on emotions. I do have to say that I like the more "submissive" look on her antennas.
Grade: B-

Eyes: Though I am not a fan of some of the original art for Wriggle, I do have to say that I love her eyes. They're a delightful blue, though the color may differ depending on the artist's opinion. I've even seen them same color as her hair.

The main reason I like Wriggle is due to the artist Itou Life (sometimes called Ito Life). He just draws her so irresistibly, especially with glasses. For example, the above image is from him. So precious... Though watch out, as a good deal of his work is hentai.
Grade: B+

Face: Her face, excluding certain artists, is fairly nondescript. It's still cute, but a kind of generic cuteness that all touhou characters have. As said before, there are artists that make her extremely adorable (IE Itou Life), but as far as official works go, she's not one to be remembered.
Grade: B-

Body
Build: Wriggle is, first and foremost, a reverse trap. I can say that because when the demo for Touhou 8 (Imperishable Night) came out, many people were confused as to whether or not she was a male. Then again, she was one of the first characters to actually be wearing pants.

Being a reverse trap means that Wriggle really doesn't have much of a body. She's small and boyish, but occasionally people do draw her with very sexy curves. Strangely, I do have to prefer the smaller, more accurate Wriggle to the sexy one. But then again, I do enjoy my traps and reverse traps.

One must remember what Wriggle is though. She IS still a firefly youkai. Though I am disappointed that there's so little fan art of her bum being lit up.
Grade: B-

Breasts: As she is a reverse trap, she obviously does not have a large bust. However, much of my acceptance for smaller chested girls does originate from Wriggle, so I do have to acknowledge her chest and what it has done for my perverseness.
Grade: D

Clothes: As I have already said what happened when you put a Touhou character in pants, I'll refer you back there. Her pants are fairly cute, being about knee length, and are extremely poofy. I really can't think of a better word for those pants. She also wears a white blouse, which reminds me of a suit shirt and that is always good. The shirt also looks like it would fit into a pirate's wardrobe as well. She wears a pair of shoes with socks, but they are fairly uneventful. She also wears a black (but red on the inside) cape that I always thought is supposed to symbolize her wings (being an insect and all).
Grade: B-

Mind
Personality: First and foremost, Wriggle is a firefly youkai. Not a cockroach, not a mosquito, but a firefly. I know I've said that numerous times, but I want to make sure you remember. It's a fairly big deal for her, as no one seems to remember in the series. Because she is an insect youkai, she is able to command and control insects at will. While this doesn't seem to be an awe-inspiring power, remember that this includes mites, fleas, wasps, and various other dangerous insects. I do hate wasps >__>. Obviously, as an insect, she does have her weaknesses. She is weak against fire, cold, fumigation, and insect-repellent, like most insects. However, she also considers those that injure or kill insects a threat and will attack them. This chapter shows a good example. She's also known for a dynamic entry. You see, she comes kinda out of nowhere during her stage, and may kill people not expecting her arrival. Because of this, she became known to have a "Wriggle Kick".

She's a member of "team 9", a group of first-level bosses from the touhou series. They are pretty much all childish, though Wriggle is usually the straight man or most mature of the bunch. She's also often considered a sort of tomboy, but that doesn't make me dislike her. Also, "Wriggle Nightbug" is just the sort of adorable name that makes you want to hug her.
Grade: B-

Libido: She's an average touhou character, and has very little relationships in that way. She's also a fairly minor character, and there's few obvious pairings (though Yuuka is a reoccuring one). Again, Doujins are perverted...Though enjoyable *perverted grin*.
Grade: C

Age: It is unknown how old she is. She is a youkai, so she may be extremely old, but at the same time she is usually portrayed as an occasionally childish character.
Grade: B

Total Grades: 59
Average score: 6.5
Final Grade: B-

Well, that's a major character done that I've been meaning to do. Now that there's no loose ends, I think I can...

In mid sentence, emperor is cut off by two characters from team 9. He instantly recognizes them, as otherwise this exposition would get long and boring, and you're probably not even reading it. Shame on you.

: How dare you talk about me without me being here! I demand you face our leader.

: And believe me, she is the strongest!

: You do know I'm talking about you, Cirno?

: ... Of course! Who else but me could be the strongest.

NEXT WEEK: Will the might of the two topaz's be able to defeat Gensokyo's Strongest? Or will they be defeated one blog away from #100?

: Ending on a cliffhanger is a terrible idea. It bothers me when people do that.

Don't you mean it...

:NO! IT DOES NOT, IN FACT, "BUG" ME.
: Seriously, do you even think of anything but puns for your blogs?

But I even avoided using puns like that in the main blog....

Phooey...
