I'm sorry, but I am currently going through Meganekko withdrawal. Because of this, I must do a Meganekko today. HUZZAH!



She totally looks like a cross between Miyuki Takara and Tsumugi Kotobuki

Head

Hair: Much like Mugi-chan, Filicia has long blond hair, and it is usually kept free and unrestrained. She looks like she has slight side curl going on, but it's just a single bend. Overall very nice.
Grade: B+

Eyes: Her eyes have a very nice blue-ish color, and it could be considered to be in the K-on!/Strike Witches category. Also GLASSES! Haven't done a true meganekko in a while (be prepared, the next few will be meganekkos), so this is a refreshing remembrance. Her glasses make her look wise and more mature.
Grade: A-

Face: Unfortunately, she is not as blessed here. Not that she's ugly or anything, but she just has the type of "Generic Cuteness" that most characters have. Unfortunately, this may be why there's very few fan images of this character...
Grade: B+

Body
Build: At first, Filicia may look stocky, but some of that may be because of the uniform type. It's not a very flattering type. Otherwise, she's got a very nice body, but we don't see her without her uniform that often.
Grade: B-

Breasts: She has fairly nice breasts, and they're fairly big without being too large. Similar to Miyuki here, I guess.
Grade: A-

Clothes: Unfortunately, as I said in the Build section, her voluptuous figure is well hidden behind a military uniform. It's a green military uniform with many buttons, pockets, and other ornamentation.
She does wear a very nice costume in episode 6, however. A black, form-fitting dress that shows cleavage and long sensual gloves. Wondrous.
Grade: C+

Mind
Personality: Filicia is the "mother" of the troop, encouraging and being an overall leader. She handles messes, and is very open minded. She's also mature and calm. She can also be manipulative and sexy if she wants to be, and is very elegant. Saying that she's a cross between Miyuki and Tsumugi would be a good comparison. Also, mental images ....:P
However, Filicia does have something neither of those two (likely) have. She was the leader of a troop prior to the beginning of the series. Unfortunately, her entire troop was wiped out in front of her, and she was trapped afterward. During this time, she may have had hallucinations, and it seems to have effected her badly.
Her Voice Actress is Aya Endo, also known as the voice for Miyuki, and one of my favorite VA's overall. Just the mature beauty of her voice definitely helped make this character.
Grade: A

Libido: Unknown, though she does have some funny dialogue in the 11th episode to make sure that the captured soldier doesn't speak her language. It is very awesome to hear some of those things from that VA, though slightly silly.
Grade: C

Age: At 18, she's the oldest out of the main characters on the show. Also at 18 she's deserving of a great score here.
Grade: A

Average score: 8.6
Final Grade: B+
