*Rika goes into the other room to call someone. Riri waits patiently and, while you can tell Rika is talking on the phone, she can't tell what Rika's saying. After a short time Rika returns.*

: No, she's just someone that I know from another multiverse. She's a nice, kind girl that Topaz would love to blog about.
: Sounds good for him then. And what about...
: Don't worry about that, think of me sending two "missiles" Topaz's way. Or that this girl's "barrels" are very "full". And-ugh. I can't read any more of the terrible puns that Topaz told me. Believe me, they're HORRID.

Welcome to this week's blog everyone. I hope you enjoyed the trap blog last week. At least once it was fixed, of course. Even if you didn't, be glad it's just a once-a-year occurrence. Now, it's time to get back to the weekly blog on girls and to-OMPH!
*Topaz gets cut off mid sentence as his face is pressed against two large soft "pillows"*
???: Oh! I'm very sorry! I was looking for someone!
*Topaz continues to rub his face in this girl's breasts.*
???: Ummm, Can I help you? Or r-rather, could you stop doing that? It's making me uncomfortable...

I can't remember what that word means anymore. *continues to eye Tifania's body.*
: *Covers chest with arms* P-please, can I ask you to stop? I'm very self-conscious!
Just as a heads up, I'll be calling her "Tifa" (a nickname) or "Tifania" , but "Tiffania" is a perfectly fine way of spelling her name.
Head
Hair: Unlike a lot of my peers, I don't directly dislike blonde hair. It's not one of my favorites, but there are quite a few characters I like with blonde hair. On Tifa the color looks similar to wheat, a nice shade. It might look more yellow in some scenes due to the lighting, but I prefer her with a darker blonde look.
That said, the part I like most about her hair isn't the color. Her hair style is one of my favorites. Her hair is normally kept free, flowing beautifully down her back and ending about at her waist. Her side curls extend down to her chest and resting on her breasts. At least, that's how I prefer them; there are times when they're just hanging at her shoulders but I like her hair being longer. She DOES wear her hair up in a ponytail, but it matches the outfit and doesn't last long (fortunately).
While it's not Tifa's "hair" exactly, there are two points that I'd like to address. As Tifa has elven heritage she has long, pointy ears. On one hand, I'm not one of those elven fanboys you hear about in various tabletop gamer-types of media. If anything, I prefer dwarfs. On the other, they do look nice and I wouldn't have mentioned her ears if they were ordinary. I do like the fact that she has to hide them at first so that others wouldn't be racist against her. ESPECIALLY because she wears a very lovely sun hat to cover them up, it's really cute.
Note how sparkly her hair is, especially with the cute hat.

Eyes: Again, unlike a lot of my peers I don't have a problem with blue eyes. It might be that blues are some of my favorite colors so I don't mind them being common. For Tifa, her eyes are a pretty dark blue. The bottom is a bit lighter than the top, though. They do look to be a lighter blue overall in the light novels, but I'm more familiar with the anime version. Her eyes are also very soft-looking, like a lot of girls in ZnT and she has Tarame eyes (IE curved upper eyes). I'm not as fond of tarame as I am with tsurime eyes as I like eyes with a straight curve, but I'll say that Tifa's eyes are very moe. I don't mean that subjectively either, it's pretty obvious that Tifa is a moe/fanservice girl from her introduction. Her kind-looking eyes are a not-too-subtle clue, especially as they're considered "innocent" blue eyes.

Face: Tifa, like many of the characters in ZnT, has a very soft looking face. She's also very cute, though that's probably expected, and smiles often. She has such a cute and simple smile and a small nose. She even has somewhat-plump cheeks! However, this is one of the few times I'll say that blushing doesn't help a girl I'm blogging about. Don't get me wrong, it's still pretty cute but the longer I look at her blushing the more I'm not as entertained. The reason is that she has a fair complexion. Thus, when she blushes it seems to look more like a sunburn than anything else. This might just be the art style though.

Body
Build: Tifania is has a very curvy body. It's really nice all over. Her official measurements are that she's 160 cm tall and her three measurements are 105-59-89. Now, you can probably see the problem with that, but I'll get to that later. Tifa has a nice, round-ish butt. We don't' get to see it that much unfortunately, and I could stand it being a bit bigger. It looks a bit too "flat", especially compared to the top half. Her waist is beautiful though, especially in the light novels. It might be a bit too slender, but I don't think so. I'm probably distracted by her great navel, though. Her legs are alright, but nothing special. Her feet are though, some of the best I've seen. Unfortunately (though possibly fortunately for Saito) she doesn't use them like Louise.
That said, Tifa has a beautiful, but not quite perfect, body. But really, it doesn't matter because...
Grade: A-
Breasts: TIFANIA HAS HUGE BREASTS. I don't know if you can tell, but Tifa is REALLY well endowed. If you haven't noticed before, you obviously haven't seen her in the show. ZnT is NOT subtle about Tifa's breast size, with her bouncing, being groped or fondled, or someone getting their face marshmallowed between her breasts in many scenes she's in. Even in official art they usually make a big deal of her breasts, allowing her to contrast the stern yet loli lead Louise. This does backfire though, as it's unfortunate that they don't show off more of her body. Like I said earlier, it's obvious that Tifania is a moe/fanservice character and this is the second point that really proves it. In fact, one of her fan nicknames is TITania!

*Cough* I don't think that's the reason they call you that... Anyway, back to your chest. It is really a great pair of boobs. That said, 105 cm IS really large. Not quite scary-large like a certain other character, but out of a list I made of my favorite female characters Tifa has the largest chest size out of the girls who had that measurement. That list contained about 80 girls, and while that doesn't seem like a lot it I'm impressed for Tifa. Her breasts are GORGEOUS. BUST REVOLUTION and all that. Also, I should mention that it isn't usual for elves to have such big breasts as they're usually noted to be more slender (the desert elves in the series prove that Tifa isn't the norm in this series either).
That said, much like Yukari Tsukino Tifa is not exactly proud of her big chest. She gets a lot of unwelcomed stares as well as jealousy from the girls. There's even talk that her breasts are magic-only, so she wanted both Saito and Louise to touch them to prove they're real. This obviously got Saito in trouble. As a last thought, the series is clean enough that while we do see her cleavage and such we don't really see her nipples.

Uh... I tripped! Yeah, that's it. I most certainly didn't bend over specifically to headbutt your chest!

Clothes: Tifania has a fairly wide wardrobe. At first her only outfit seems to be a green strapless dress. Okay, calling it "strapless" isn't fair, but it's not like the ring-and-strap are exactly supportive either. It's alright, I don't like the outfit itself but the white ribbon around her waist are cute and X-shaped strings in the cuts of the dress are a nice touch. She also wears gloves and thighhighs with this, but both are frilly and have a lot of holes. As a whole, the design is a good idea for a wood elf, which fits Tifa well, but in practice it really makes her bounce around like crazy. To be fair, that happens with ALL of Tifa's outfits. Someone really needs to get her a bra.
Speaking of other outfits, I should speak of them. During the third and fourth seasons she joins the magical academy and wears the school uniform consisting of a dark cloak and skirt with a white blouse-like shirt. She also has a red ribbon near her neck as well as white thighhighs (black ones would be better though). She dresses up as a nun in the fourth season and in official art she's also wearing a gym uniform (with spats, and although some don't like having panties under spats I do so I find that image of her wearing it like that very nice). She also wears an outfit the desert elves give her which is more brown and Native-American inspired. In a bath episode she wraps a towel around herself, which looks somewhat nice, given the location she was in.
That said, there are many outfits I'm not fond of. One is the gypsy outfit. While it does show off her stomach and matches the blue of her eyes it's far too revealing for my tastes. It doesn't even support her breasts properly! I do like them trying to appeal with her legs by having her wear a loincloth-like bottom though. Speaking of which, I'm not fond of the "bikini" she wears in the OVA. I can understand them not being able to find a top that fits, but that's no reason for her to wear a simple cloth strap (she even nearly pops out of it!). The Starfish-and-shell bikini fits her just fine, but it is probably a lot more revealing than she felt comfortable and even IT isn't supportive enough for her. There IS a nice bikini that I do like, but it's only in official art.

Mind
Personality: Tifania is an incredibly soft and gentle character. Her heart is certainly as big as her chest. She wouldn't hurt people unless in a dire situation and she's very friendly. She is pretty shy as she's lived an isolated life, but she makes many friends coming to the school. She still holds both Saito and Louise closest though. She's also a bit naive, not realizing certain things though I'll get to that later. I also LOVE Mamiko Noto's work with Tifa, she was the perfect voice for such a soft-spoken character.
That said, there's a few other points I'd like to address about Tifa. First, she's not an elf and instead is only half-elf. I just used "elf" until now as a placeholder, but technically I should have said half-elf. She's the daughter of an elven mother and an Archduke of Albion. Because of this, she's the heir to that country's throne. From what I hear, she didn't have a good childhood. It's not too expanded on in the anime, so I don't know exactly what happened. But because of this, her mother gave her a cottage in the woods, separated from the rest of society. She returns when she uses a ring her mother gave her on the lead to revive the male lead Saito. He comes up with the nickname of "the big-breasted fairy who saved his life". Some time after (she thought about it longer in the LNs) she decides to find him again. After joining the school he protects her from some bullies that were trying to judge her for being an elf.
Tifa also has spells, though like Louise her element is "Void". She specializes in memory wipes and dispelling mental charms. When she attempts to summon her familiar in the fourth season she finally got one-though it turns out she gets Saito much like Louise did! As it turns out, she was apparently supposed to get his brother, but his runes somehow got transferred to Saito instead. She eventually gets the ability to pump magical energy into him and even allow him to create teleportation circles.
In other words, Tifania is a nice, kind, and lovable Mamiko Noto girl with summoning abilities. A girl that I really enjoy, in other words.

Libido: Tifania has a very innocent outlook on life. She doesn't realize that doing things like having your trusted male friend grope your chest to prove it's real is a bad idea as he'll get in trouble with his girlfriend. She gets a LOT of male and even some female admirers due to her chest and nice personality. That said, she does eventually fall for Saito. At first their relationship is more protection-based, with Saito watching out for those that might be against Tifa due to her race. In the fourth season she does start to have romantic feelings towards him, though. That said, she was still genuinely happy at his wedding (to someone else).
Grade: B-
Age: According to my sources, Tifa is 16. I suppose that elves in the ZnT universe aren't as long-living as some media, or Tifa is 16 mentally or something as otherwise that seems to be really low. It might be different as she's only HALF-elf though.

There's just one thing I would like to tell the readers. Know that I usually plan blogs in advance recently, so the person that I was going to talk about was Tifa. In fact, April was suppose to be a month of the three "B"s (Busty Blondes with Blue eyes), first blog excluded. However, certain events, namely the death of Noboru Yamaguchi (creator of Zero no Tsukaima), is SUCH an unfortunate and tragic event that I feel the need to mention it. Very rarely does something THIS major happen, and news of it came on a day I was going to do a character from his creations anyway. It's just a really cruel coincidence, but my heart goes out to his family, friends, and fans.
