A Love Story.

Once upon a time,
We have a cheerful young man, lets name him Rein, is having a very serious discussion with his doctor.
" Your going to get crippled soon if you don't start taking ur medicine.. Why don't u just get operated? It'll be easier for u. "
The young man just nodded and said
"Sorry for worrying u doc. I'll take better care of myself this time"
After receiving his prescription, the young man decided to leave the hospital.
"No matter how many times I've been here, I still can't get used on how big this place is, where is the elevator anyway? I'll just ask around I guess."
The young man let out a big sigh and while aimlessly walking around, he remembered what he and his doctor talked about.
"Crippled huh? I guess I really need to start taking my medication seriously, well no use worrying about it. It is what it is."
After walking for a few minutes, he finally came across a couple of workers where he ask them the location of the elevator.
"Finally, about time hahaha..."
While waiting for the elevator to open, the young man heard some people murmuring
"Transplant? We're running out of choices here. Even if she did take medication, she won't last long. Where are we supposed to get the money for that?"
"..... None of my business..... but boy this elevator sure is taking its time."
Young man bothered at what he's hearing decided to just take the stairs.
Taking his first step on the stairs,
----BAM----
He suddenly fell, hitting the ground and making a loud banging noise.
"-Shit- Not today..."
His vision getting darker.
People who heard the noise immedietly rush to his aide, taking him to the nearest emergency room.
Hours pass. The sun sets and finally, the unconscious young man wakes up.
"Where am I? My head hurts too."
His mind full questions, he tried standing up only to fall on the ground again.
"Shit.... My legs... I see.... So that's how it is...."
Hearing the noise, the nurse entered the room and is shock to see him lying on the floor.
"I'm sorry but u need to take a rest ser."
"Sorry I got a little excited. Don't worry, I'm fine. Anyways, how long have I been unconscious?"
The nurse explained every detail concerning his health.
"We are still waiting for some more results. So if u could kindly rest in ur bed, we would appreciate it."
"I will, thank you. I need to make a call though? is that okay?"
The nurse nodded and handed him the phone.
Not wanting wanting to disturbed his privacy, the nurse quitely leaves the room.
The young man called his cousin explaining his situation,
"Alright man, I'll tell uncle about it. Me and my sister will be there tomorrow morning."
Feeling relived, the young man let out a deep sigh.
"That idiot dad. He didn't even bother looking for me. How am i suppose to sleep anyways?."
He just quitely stare onto the ceiling, closing his eyes.
-Faint sound of music being played-
" Organ? Hmm.. Interesting. "
The young man enjoyed the faint mysterious music and he fell asleep.
-Birds Chirping-
"????... Oh that's right. I'm in the hospital right now."
"Your finally awake, how are u feeling.?"
"Bad, seeing a guy's face first thing in the morning. Thanks for coming though."
"Heh? I guess that means ur feeling better? I already talked with ur doctor. How's ur legs?"
"Now that u said it, let me try walking"
The young man tried standing up, but it was no use. He didn't feel even a tiny bit of strength from his legs.
"As u can see, I just need more rest. I'll be fine afterwards."
"Don't force yourself, just take a rest. Ingrid already called me and she said she's on her way."
"Thanks man, I'm not sure how to repay you."
"Oh cmon, i already told u, so long as u keep ur hands off my sister we're best friends~ "
Trying to ease his mind, the young man just immerse himself in conversations.
Time pass while they are talking,
-sound of the door opening-
"Sorry I'm late, I have to pick up a few things here and there and ended up buying too many.
Anyways I brought what u ask."
Food, carbonated drinks, gaming system.
"Thanks for doing this for me, I was just getting tired of ur brother's face so seeing u here is
really good for my health."
The three of them enjoyed each other's company and time flew by quickly. It was getting dark and the siblings bid their farewell.
"One more thing before u go, Can u get me a walking stick?"
"Okay, but don't tell me you'll be wandering out at night"
"Nah its just for emergency purposes"
"Well, if u say so. Let me ask the nurse real quick."
After that, the siblings left while still being worried.
"Ahh, it's just me again. Let me try standing up."
He grab his walking stick and
With all his might, the young man desperately tried standing up. His legs are shaking..
" It's harder than i thought. With my current strength, I guess about 10 minutes is my limit.
I should just rest for now. "
He close his eyes, trying to sleep.
-Faint sound of music being played-
" The same one as yesterday? "
-Faint sound of music being played-
"Well, i have nothing better to do. Might as well go on a little adventure.
Now let's find out where this beautiful piece is coming from."
His curiosity is at its peak, The young man grab his walking stick and decided to come out of his room to find where the mysterious piece is coming from.
-Faint sound of music being played-
" This way huh? A little farther than i thought. "
Trying to trace where the music is being played, the young man finds himself standing infront of another patients room.
"Now then let me take a peek, who our mystery player is."
He carefully opened the door without making any sounds.
-creak-
Revealing a tiny spot where a peak shouldn't be a problem.
" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "
To his surprise, the mystery player identity is that of a small little girl. Sitting on bed, and small portable organ on top of her. While playing skillfully, she is too busy to notice the prescence of the young man spying on her.
"Beautiful......."
The young man is totally captivated by the music she plays. He keep trying to get closer like he's being drawn in.
-BAM-
The young man almost drops to the ground, his legs are shaking. Making a noise for the mystery girl to finally notice his presence.
"Sorry did i bother you?"
"................................."
Cold sweat drips down his face, while the mystery girl is just silently staring at him.
Making the situation awkward for the both of them.
She notice how he's barely standing, Still not saying a word, she simply pointed at the empty chair on her side.
" Is it okay for me to sit here? Thank you."
She just returned a nod and smile.
"I got attracted by the music that u play."
explaining his situation very politely.
"If possible, may u play ur music again?"
The mystery girl looks at him and smiled. She close her eyes, softly touching the keys...
She started very slowly.... A very beautiful piece she's playing.
The young man enjoyed the beautiful piece she's playing and quitely stare in awe.
The mystery girl just keep on playing.... A very soothing sound is being produced by her tiny fingers.......
And thus their meeting happened. How will fate play with these 2 poor soul.? Who knows...
