This is the Hundred-and-eighty-seventh week of using the "Perfect Anime Girl Sheet". Notice: This Blog may contain Unmarked Spoilers.
Welcome back everyone to my anime girl blog. For any new readers or people who don't remember, I'm going after Commander Magi who has revealed herself to be Quattro from Nanoha StrikerS. I'm currently with Signum-

And we're going to be confronting Quattro as Nanoha and Fate are rescuing Vivio.
: Yo likewise.
Q-QUATTRO! What are you doing here!
: Well, it is my ship after all. I'm planning on destroying multiverses if they don't start bowing down to me like the Goddess I am. And anyway, you've been walking toward my head office all week, the least I could do is greet you at the door.
: Quattro! Take THIS!
*Signum uses a simple fire attack that Quattro easily deflects with her shields.
: Really? You thought that THAT would stop me?
*Quattro retaliates by using powerful binding magic on both Signum and Topaz, bending their bodies painfully. Topaz takes 30 points of damage.
: *walks toward them* Well well well. It looks like the might Topaz is in my grasp.
J-just one last request before you kill me...
: Oh? Begging for mercy? I do love a good begging from someone who thinks I'll actually spare them. But go ahead, pour your sinful soul onto me.
Let me do my blog on you.
: That's not very good begg- Eh? You want to do your very last blog on little ol' me? WHAHAHA! I SUPPOSE I can grant this selfless wish for you. Go ahead Topaz, judge the one who orchestrated your downfall!
Note: Once again I haven't read Force and Vivid I haven't read much of. I don't think that this is much of a problem with Quattro as it was with the other Nanoha girls though.
Head
Hair: Quattro's hair is pretty average. She does have a nice brown color, but I'm not fond of twintails (unless they're say, flowing twintails). I think she just puts her hair up to look more innocent. It does work to that, but I don't like how it points to the sides. After she goes to her "evil" side she pulls them out to reveal medium-length flowing hair which I do like. Her "evil" side has other problems, but I'll explain them next. She also has pretty large bangs, and like most of the numbers she has two blue knob-like things on or near her temples.
Grade: B
Eyes: Quattro has very nice golden eyes that go with her hair well. They're also pretty big and round, though they become more "manipulative" after she loses her glasses. Indeed, she loses her glasses when she goes to her "evil" side. Which sucks not only because she has very nice round glasses, but it also shows that she never really needed them. There are comics that make fun of this scene, but as it stands she doesn't seem to need them and must only have been wearing them to attract people like me.
Grade: B
Face: Quattro is pretty cute, but she's not as cute as many of the other characters in Nanoha. She's similar and her "disguised" form is cuter by far, but I suppose that she doesn't have as many "emotions" as the others had shown. Though I do love her face during one scene of the finale of StrikerS, it's hilarious.
Grade: B+

*Nanoha manages to power down the machinery that was causing Vivio so much pain.*
: I hope you're alright now. But indeed, finally we've come for you. *Nanoha and Fate embrace their young "child"*.
: And at least Quattro didn't have me fight you again. That was a very hard thing for me to do.
: Indeed, Topaz is making Quattro busy so she couldn't enhance you again. However, we need to get you untangled from all that machinery.

Body
Build: Quattro does have a shapely body. It's not as shapely as say, Nanoha or Fate's, but she still is very curvy. The best looking parts are her waist and stomach. Especially that stomach as it really shows off well in her outfit. Unfortunately though, her outfit doesn't show off most of her body, but I'll get to that later. From what I hear, she also gained weight between the end of StrikerS and the sound stages, but I won't hold that against her.
Grade: A-
Breasts: Quattro's breasts are nicely sized and not huge. I could probably consider her "average", especially considering how nice some other girls' breasts in Nanoha are, but I'll give her points as she's still nice and busty.
Grade: B+
Clothes: Unfortunately we only see Quattro in one outfit, and she doesn't nearly get the official art that the heroes do. Her outfit is basically the number's outfit which is basically a skintight blue bodysuit. Most of it is light blue, but there are dark blue along the sides of her body (along with a strange plate-thing on her hips). She also has a collar with the roman numeral four (so IV) on it. She also wears gloves, and they also have the same design as her boots. Finally, there's Quattro's device: the Silver Cape. It's draped across her back and gives her the look of a mad scientist. There also appears to be a grey fur-like collar as well.
Grade: C+
: What? That low?
Well, if you would wear other-
: I mean more that you "spotted" me points in the breast area. I mean, are Signum's huge globes of fat that much better than my modest bustiness.
*To prove her point, Quattro starts to grip Signum's chest very strongly*
: Oooo... Ohhhh... I shouldn't be enjoying this, but you have such a strong hand...
*Topaz gets a nose bleed*
: Huh. They are much softer and bouncier than mind. I guess that Signum really does have nice breasts.
*Quattro continues to fondle until...*
: Wait a minute. You're not Signum at all!
*As if scripted before hand, the instant that Quattro says that Signum appears from behind her and slashes her sword at Quattro. Quattro, even though she evaded it, now has a large gash from where the flames and blade grazed her.*
: So THIS was your plan all along, Topaz. Fool ME, the QUEEN of Illusions, with an ILLUSION? I must admit that you had me going for a minute there.
*Quattro easily binds the true Signum as well.*
: I suppose I'm just lucky that I had an illusion so close to me to deflect that. Now, let's see who the fool that tried to help Topaz this time is...
*Quattro continues to torture the false Signum with magic until her true form is revealed.*
: Pant pant...
: Chizuru? I thought that you were on my side! How dare you turn your fox tail at me!
: Topaz... Is a much... better... boss... than you are!
: That may be true, but let's see your "better boss" save you from being fired. I have no time for those that betray me, after all...
*Quattro fires a large beam at Chizuru. After the magic settles, she is nowhere to be seen.
: S-She's gone...
Don't worry, she's fine. I just had to unsummon her.
: Oh.
Indeed, when one of my summons "die", they just get unsummoned and taken back to whatever they were doing before. Unfortunately, I'm all out of summoning power.
: It looks like your time is up then.
*Quattro starts to choke Topaz with her magic. He takes 25 points of damage.
...ore is?
: Excuse me? *starts to loosen the magic*
I said "Don't you want to find out what your final score is?".
: Nonsense, you're just buying time until Fate and Nanoha can come and save you!
But if I don't finish, then you'll live your life never knowing. The anticipation will kill you, and you'll never know....
: ...FINE! I don't care. Finish your stupid blog!
That's good then. Ahem...
Mind
Personality: Quattro has two "personalities" as I've said, a "good" side and an "evil" side. To be more exact, her "good" side is just a false personality she puts on to interact with people. It's playful and cutesy, but it's pretty obvious that she's hiding her true feelings and is only watching her words. Her "evil" side, better said as her "true" personality, is a very good villain one. She's manipulative and doesn't care about others, even to the point of setting a ship to explode while her defeated minions were still on board. She's pretty monstrous as well as she'll do anything that gets her ahead. And while originally it was only to show off science, she became so in love with being "evil" that she has fun doing it. This might be the result of her being closer to Jail (the "big bad" of StrikerS) than any of the other numbers. She's the second in command, and once he fell she easily got control. She's also very smug and overconfident in her abilities over even her teammates. Being intelligent and a quick thinker, she's also a powerful opponent.
Speaking of Quattro's combat abilities, I should probably discuss them as I really enjoy her type. She's not a direct attacker and is definitely better suited to being behind the lines as a support. She has talents in illusion spells (which is supplemented by her Silver Curtain ability as it can make people invisible and even change the landscape). She's also skilled at electronic warfare and is good at Electronic Counter Measures (ECM). She also has the ability to fly without wings, but only for ease as she's again not a direct combatant. She's a strategist and a darn good one as well as seen by what she's done.
While I wouldn't say that Quattro is "my" type of character, I will say that she makes a brilliant villian and as far as they go she's a great character.
Grade: B-
Libido: Quattro doesn't show any relationship flags. She's the type to get pleasure from manipulating people, and I don't mean in the fun femdom way either. However, she is fiercely loyal to Jail and seems to relish the fact that she's carrying his clone in her womb. Though it might just be because she has fun doing evil deeds, I can consider them a couple based on that as well as her loyalty.
Grade: B-
Age: Technically Quattro is fourteen in StrikerS. However, to be fair she's a cyborg and has a pretty adult-shaped body. It's a hard decision on what to concentrate on, but I went with the "fourteen". In the sound stages she is seventeen, but I won't count that.
Grade: B-
