Abunai Sisters: Koko & Mika

Both anime try to imitate the western style of cartoons and content. While Panty and Stockings does it satirically, it is unsure what the goals of Abunai Sisters were. 

I do believe these are legit parodies in a major sector of watched media, namely of anything outside anime, which would probably be the genres kids hero type stories and police action drama. Both also have quite questionable visuals. They are something to remember in the long run, that is for sure. Very time-efficient too.  

Very large honkers end up being the plot, as if that was a surprise. The Bikini Warriors and Abunai Sisters are also episodic stories that don't have a lot to share other than cliches in just about every book in media. If nothing else, they are both ecchi anime to add to your list. 

Both are comedies done with 3D animation (Mechano: Scientific Attack Force has only part animated as 3D). Both have lots of randomness, and are full of unexplainable moments. Both have short episodes. Both can be so bad it´s hilarious.  

Avant-garde, sexually charged dramedies where the fates of our heroes regularly hinge on their bosoms.  

Both are comedies with short episodes. Both have simple 3D animation and both are really random with bunch of unexpectable moments. While is more ecchi, Popee the Performer is more dementia.
