Both have motorcycle type mechs and each show has some sort of military/government centric plots.

Similar mech style strategic fights, same voice actors for important characters (Fukuyama Jun x Sakurai Takahiro), terrorism plot, similar structure to story. Also, the good guys are seen as the "bad guys" by the population.

Both series have a similar setting. A paramilitary mecha police force must combat rogue mecha in a futuristic city. They come under public criticism for damage to the city, and both feature mecha pilots working under instruction from female operators back at base.

Just look at those "superbikes"... both are just the same :) . Fights, extreme races and breathtaking action... but the story is quite different.

The first episode will make you think of IGPX because of its similar mech design, spartan computer generated environment and a never ending highway chase. But then you'll start wishing you were watching IGPX instead because Viper's Creed is entirely unremarkable. In fact, I think I might have done IGPX a disservice by comparing it to Viper's Creed.
