Without a doubt this 2 are the same. Do you want more anime where there is little dialogue and the animated scenes are accompanied with music from the 80s-90s? Then you found the right place. It's surprising how many anime like this exist. Also the artstyle has that shoujo feel from those years. So give it a shot if you want something really different from what is offered today.

These 2 OVAs are produced by Madhouse. They contain music from the 80s to help the mood these shows are going. Both are love stories to see if the main characters will be with their partners or not. Also if you want to watch how old anime was during the 90s.
