both are fantasy anime with boke tsukkomi comedy format kono healer is about adventurers, and its MC is male and female dekoboko is about witches, and has 2 female main characters 

You have the straightman routine with two characters: one with Shinpachi in yorozuya, the other with Hijikata in the Shinsengumi.  

A 24-minute comedic fantasy comedy based entirely on a single (ridiculous) joke/premise, and features friendly "enemy" monsters. Unfortunately Kono Healer suffers from much worse pacing and poor comedic timing. 

Everything tells me that these shows are not funny whatsoever, but I can't help but smile to myself the whole time. There is no graphic potty humor or ecchi to be found. These are just cheesy jokes, gags, and situations your dad would love. Just characters that you grow to like against all odds and reason.

Both anime seem to present themselves a typical show of their respective genre However, they manage to subvert every single cliché and trope in their genre with refreshing dialog and good characters. Particularly, the dialog between the main two characters is outstanding. 

Both series parody the fantasy action adventure genre. The characters keep subverting the cliché tropes and sometimes break the 4th wall. Moreover, the authors added crazy plot twists that you will never predict. 

Manzai comedy anime with a large cast of voice actors and absurd premises 

There is a hero in an fantasy world and everyone is making him as angery as possible. The main girl in both will either make you laugh or make you wanna hit her in the face with a brick. They both parody the RPG genre.
