The same plot where it involve supernatural monsters whom blends well with the human populace and threatens human lives, also it have the same scenario where the gov't uses one of their own to combat them.

It is a bloody anime if you watched attack on titan and if you haven't you are a uncultured swine so this bloody in a way but not the same as attack on titan.

- Same theme, detectives with powers taking on supernatural entities. Tokyo Ghoul Re may very well have taken a few liberties, or perhaps been inspired by several elements in Descendants of Darkness. As well as investigations, there are cursed organ transplants, sexual themed violence, characters experience damage to the genitals, also implications of violation. Both series explore child abuse, and the over the top splat stick gore is present as well. - Protagonists Asato and Haise are similar in temperament and have interchangeable trials and end options in terms of the choices of who they can become. They share pasts that come back to  read more

Both sequels, where the main characters, Lelouch and Sasaki, are both in similar situations at the start of both series, where the past comes back to haunt them.

Almost exactly the same, both involves some organisations annihilating dangerous creatures. except Terra Formars is more action focused and has less plot armour, while Tokyo Ghoul:re is better in terms that villains has personalities. Terra Formars will give you more tension because the lack of plot armour and survivability of the characters compared to the "nearly immortal" Tokyo Ghoul characters. Both has the same presentation method of melodrama moments. Even though Tokyo Ghoul:re seems less mature, it is more character focus story.

K and Tokyo Ghoul:re contain a white haired protagonist who suffers from amnesia and doesn't remember his past. He is loved by his relatives, but some groups recognised him for his bad reputation (that linked with his action in the past). Also there's an "alter ego" who wants to take over his body. Both anime take place in a city with the clash of the groups/gangs as the main theme (Super power users in K / Either Human vs Ghoul or Ghoul vs Ghoul in Tokyo Ghoul). Of course you must watch the prequels of Tokyo Ghoul:re or read the manga for better understanding.

Two series of different themes, but with these similarities: - Protagonist who suffers from amnesia and does not remember his past. Just as he fears that by recovering his old memories, he may end up forgetting the memories of now and lose your current personality. - The protagonist has mixed feelings with a girl from the past. In the same way they are equally enjoyable, whether you like romance or gore, you choose.
