Saredo Tsumibito wa Ryuu to Odoru

The setting is similar here. There is a world with magic and technology, and a lot of nefarious organizations and politicking going on. This is another anime where the characters are not a focus--more just a lens to view the very strange and complex world through. The music in this series is very good, but you will find the plot more confusing than Magatsu.  

Both have a similar "hunter or solider" vibe. Along with both having two main characters as a pair working together( or at least will in the later episodes). They both fight a lot and have a action packed yet mysterious tone.
