Both shows are about high school students making bishoujo games and the project leader is an otaku who recruits students that don't know much about the otaku culture to work on it. The biggest difference is that in Saekano, the lead guy is the otaku, while in Shokomeza, the lead girl is the otaku.

NHK ni Youkoso! and Shoujo-tachi wa Kouya wo Mezasu both share characters who are heavily engrossed into the gaming project that they are making. Furthermore, the main characters in both shows bring out both the best and worst of each other that you wouldn't see otherwise if the show centered only around one person. What I mean by this is that, for example, some of the main characters serve as emotional support pillars. The main difference, however, is that NHK is much heavier on the drama aspect.

Harem shows which delve into otaku culture, particularly visual novels.

Both have the same situation where guy got drafted into joining a club by an assertive girl who wants to start something big, the difference was the one was more on making games while the other is more into music. Also, one has some fanservice that the guys who'd be watching it would find it interesting while the other.....don't even think about it cu's there were none.

These anime are based on pure entertainment, both will keep you entertained and asking you questions all the time. The plot of both is a group of friends on summer holidays, the only difference is that Ano Natsu de Matteru have more romance, and Shoujo-tachi have more comedy. Definetly, both are good and similar slice of life.

Both are about game-making with somewhat similar protagonists. Also, Sakura is basically Yuuka. Inada is pretty similar to Teruha, too. And although both are pretty funny, D-Frag is more of a pure comedy, but Shoujo-tachi really gets into the struggles of making a game and keeping with the deadline, it gets serious when it wants to.

Main Similarities: •The main characters strive to accomplish their goals (In Bakuman, their goal is to get their manga serialized and get that turn into an anime, while in Shoujo-Tachi their goal is to create a game). •Shows the process of their goals (From start to end). •Both shows the struggle they go through. •Every character has a trait that benefits to their goal. (Shujin from Bakuman is very good with words therefore he writes the stories of the manga, while Bunta from Shoujo-Tachi is also the script rider). •Similar genres (School, romance, etc.) Both are pretty good (especially Bakuman), you should give it a try.

Both show centers around a group of high schoolers trying to make a doujin game. The main heroine/protagonist also basically starts from scratch.

Yukino and Kuroda are very similar characters and they look almost the same too. Both school-based. Both have rom-com aspects although Yahari has more a bit more drama than Shoujo (based on first ep).
