Main Similarities:
•The main characters strive to accomplish their goals (In Bakuman, their goal is to get their manga serialized and get that turn into an anime, while in Shoujo-Tachi their goal is to create a game).
•Shows the process of their goals (From start to end).
•Both shows the struggle they go through.
•Every character has a trait that benefits to their goal.
(Shujin from Bakuman is very good with words therefore he writes the stories of the manga, while Bunta from Shoujo-Tachi is also the script rider).
•Similar genres (School, romance, etc.)
Both are pretty good (especially Bakuman), you should give it a try.
