If you want a harem  show with a good fan service and a liitle bit spice of romance .

They both have the same harem and action based genre, except that Shinmai Maou was more on the supernatural and demons, while HxH is more on sci-fi and mecha. But a little reminder they also both shre the same amount of racy ecchi, so view it at your own discretion.

Both deal with demons and magic as well as demon contracts. Both also have their fair share of fanservice and harem genre. if you like one you will most likely enjoy the other.

Both series involve female protagonists working to develop the harem of the series' male protagonists more or less.  While Shinmai Maou no Testament Burst is more action oriented, To Love-Ru Darkness 2nd is funnier and has more and better echii scenes.
