If you know what netorare means then you should already know what to expect of a hentai with that word in the title, something truly Unsweet, and speaking of netorare, Otome Dori is an adaptation of a manga that has become popular for being one of the cruelest to the protagonist in these type of stories, so yeah both belong in the same sub-genre and are adapting manga. 

Both involve the protagonist watching his love interest have sex with lots of random guys, mostly old men, Otome Dori is a lot more brutal though, while Kanojo Wa Dare actually manages a sort of bittersweet ending (much more bitter), but overall both are netorare hentai with teenagers and there's a school sometimes. 

The two anime are hentai. In both titles the main theme is temptation & enviousness, those two issues leads others to interfere with the relationship of two people who are in love setting a chain of events that changes the nature and identity of one person thus making that human being fall susceptible to lust as a result that individual will never be the same again. 

The art and movement of the sex scenes just reminds me of each other tbh. Other wise there completely different. So if you're ok with both Wincest and NTR I'd say this might be a good find if you're looking for something with a similar art/animation style.

Hentai anime that contains heavy NTR material (for Kojin Jugyou it's episode 2). If you pay too much attention on the story you will feel depressed. On the other hand, if you focus on what is what these hentai are meant to achieve, you will have a great time.
