Ok these are both Pokémon movies but they’re SO SIMILAR

Trying to say similarities without spoilers but
- friendship between human and mythical Pokémon
- the opening scenes being of festivals/circuses
- THE ENVIRONMENTALISM THEMES!!!!!!
- both movies truly show what the spirit of the Pokémon franchise is about, although in different ways.

Some will say comparing Apples and Oranges is what comparing Pokemon and Digimon is like. However, I actually found Calumon and Jirachi to be very simular to each other character wise. Not to mention both stories drew me in.
