Manga: Shaman King
Both of the series have a similar battle system JoJo has "Stand" while Shaman King has "Guardian Ghost" or "Soul Control" , both of the series are adventurous although JoJos adventure might be a different than what you think. The fights are well thought out and hardly little or no use of Nakama. Shaman King may start off a bit slow but once it gets into action you'll be hooke. Both of these series are Underrated and very good battle Shounen that are done right

Manga: Hokuto no Ken
Both manga have a similar style of storytelling, since they focus less on the story and more on battles. The main characters are quite similar: they are righteous, confident and quiet. Also, they physically resemble each other too. The manga show the journey of these characters, who, along with their comrades, fight against evil forces which seek to rule the world. Both manga are filled with epic battles, heroic sacrifices and vile, but likable, villains.

Manga: Hunter x Hunter
Both Hunter x Hunter and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure do a good job of breaking the stereotypical shonen trope of "My power is better than yours! I automatically win!" These series, instead, give us interesting fights and confrontations that utilize a good amount of strategy and technique instead of fights based just on overpowering your opponent. In Hunter x Hunter, every character is unique and has a different fighting style based around their Nen. This is the same way in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure where each character has a different ability in the form of a Stand.

Manga: One Piece
Both series tells about a adventure around the world (from Japan to Egypt in JoJo and from East Blue to Raftel in One Piece). Similiar fightinig abilities and the main characters have both a funny grandpa who has a lot great fights in the past. And in main crew of both are a Frenchman who is nice to ladies.

I'm pretty sure Yugioh is inspired by Jojo, specially by Stardust Crusaders: - Egypt culture. - Incorporeal creatures that follows the orders of its users. - The most obvious comparision are the bizarre and amazing character desing and strambotic poses. - Both are very violent for a shonen. - In both, fights are based in inteligence and sometimes the fights are a game of bets (not only duel monsters). - Both have sequels and prequels with diferents characters, space and time. - Both happen in "the real world", with supernatural elements that normal people doesn't know about. - Both series has one part of human body as symbol: Jojo the hand; and yugioh  read more

Both manga have a similar type of storytelling, as they focus mostly on battles. The main characters are quite similar, as they are both confident and righteous. They even look alike too. Both manga are filled with epic battles, heroic sacrifices and likable villains.

Manga: Berserk
I believe both of these manga try to appeal to a similar audience. They have strong main protagonists, who undertake a long journey of hardships and struggles in order to defeat an enemy who wants to become a great ruler. Both manga are filled with epic battles, heroic deaths, badass characters and vile, but likable, villains.

Both series follow the adventure of buff dudes beating the absolute shit out of their opponents. Both are manly and can both be very bizarre at times.

Manga: Chainsaw Man
This recomendation is not specifically for Stardust Crusaders but for all the parts between 3-8, i just selected Stardust Crusaders because its the part that has the abilitys most similar to Chainsaw Man. With that being said i'll explain why you might like Chainsaw Man if you are a Jojo fan, in Chainsaw Man you can make a contract with a devils that each have special abilitys similar to Stands and it really gives you the Jojo vibes when someone uses one of the Devils. Manga: Baramon no Kazoku
Both series involve manly heroes going on a journey while taking turns battling multiple enemies with unique martial arts and supernatural abilities. The main characters Ryu and Jotaro are very similar as they are inspired by Kenshiro from Fist of The North Star. Sadly, Family of Brahman doesn't conclude properly as it got cancelled but the series Sakigake!! Otokojuku is also recommended.

Manga: Blue Dragon: RalΩGrado
This series both contain similar elements of combat when it comes to the abilities of "shadows" in Ral Grad and "stands" in Stardust Crusaders. Manga: Samurai Deeper Kyou
If you're in the mood for enthusiastically MANLY fight scenes, mild fanservice, magical weaponry and badass characters saving the world from an evil immortal overlord, and you've *already* read JJBA, SDK is the manga for you. The art's a little softer than Jojo's, and the anime is frankly ridiculously bad, but Samurai Deeper Kyo the manga is an action-laden joy that I would happily recommend to seinen and older shounen fans everywhere.

At first glance, you'd think these couldn't be more different, and while the overal theme and presentation are worlds apart, while reading My Balls i couldn't help but notice similarities, Just like in Jojo, one by one, the protagonist would be faced with an opponent that threatened not only him, but as a result of his defeat, the end of the world as we know it, too. And must face overwhelming odds in order to win, and often to do this wits and perseverance are needed for this rather than brute strength, and often will leave you in awe. -Both have a high school boys as characters and the time period is quite the same as well. -Visual styles and character design are pretty similar . -Both rely on over-the-edge and uber-cool techniques.While Jojo:SC is based on stands, Otokojuku shows off uncanny and impossibly amazing fighting techniques. -Both of them make use of "strategy-based" fights, in which understanding the opponent's flaws is the key to victory.

Manga: Pocket Monsters Special
This recomendation is strange, I know, but both JoJo's and pokemon share some similarities. Both are long running shounen manga, that can be separated in parts. Each part happens to be an adventure, in another place with another main character, but the universe is the same and previous main characters are always showing up again. Also, fights are somewhat "indirectly", with pokemon and Stands. Universe in both series are in constant expansion and they haven't finished yet.

Manga: Medaka Box
Both series feature creative, imaginative and unbelievable fights in which there's a prevailing (crazy) logic rather than a "my punch is better than your punch" mentality. The moves and techniques are brilliantly unique and a breath of fresh air in a genre usually consisting of nothing but various types of kicks, punches and fireballs.

Manga: Dragon Ball
A lot of fights with bizarre and unusual enemies (in this case I'm referring to the first volumes of Dragon Ball where Goku is a kid/teenager). A lot of adventures through several places (the quest for the dragon balls makes the main characters go to many different locations, and Stardust Crusaders has a journey almost half the circumference of the Earth, passing by many different countries) Both also create a deep sensation of not being from our reality (people die and basically nothing happens, the authorities usually don't give a damn - I find it funny in a way lol)
