This two anime are the perfect definition of wholesomeness , Just like the art style the story telling is also very simple, and each ep is 2-3 min long only . 

Both are Short Cute Romance Anime. "A Day Before Us" focuses on Students Love Life while "I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying" focuses on Husband and wife life.  

Short scenes with multiple characters falling in love and forming relationships over the episodes. Follows multiple different storylines with different characters. Shows how the relationships start and progress throughout the short episodes 

Both "Say 'I Love You'" and "A Day Before Us" have relationship build up and similar intrest within Slice of Life and Romance. If you aren't intrested in K-Anime I reccommend "A Day Before Us" and a good start-off into the genre.
