Both recent hit Shonen Jump series, both have plenty of action scenes with interesting abilities and power ups.
Both have a huge range of interesting characters with great world building, so much so that even many of the much smaller supporting characters are very well rounde and interesting with appealing designs.
Both have talking animal-esque yet humanoid characters. Both have amazing soundtracks.
