Both share the same rare anime theme of superheros, but Zetman takes a darker and more serious perspective on it with a more concrete story. The action is explosive on both ends and the main characters for each don't really care for a lot of things. The anime also share in having enemies that are more on the strange side.
I find these anime similar, because there's all kinds of monsters in the city. And there's always some kind of hero fighting them. Both anime's have great art style. One punch man is Overpowered but Zetman is really good too. Even though he's not as strong and can't kill with one punch only, but both main heroes fight for a good reason. Saitama - a hero for fun Zetman - a hero for justice.
