It's not that it's CG, it's that it's absolutely terrible CG with crappy framerate and weird character animations.
A Polygon Pictures trademark in a sense.

I... Actually liked it's full cgi look, it just felt like it fit the show more, but guess I am always gonna be alone in saying that

Ugggh… I do really like ajin there’s so much good to it. Sometimes I like the animation and other times I feel like it totally ruined it.
I do agree that the animation was a unique style choice it fits the theme well I do agree lmao but I just- can’t get around it exactly.
I just can’t get around the animation no matter how much I try to enjoy it I just cant.

I wish it could’ve done better it could have been really nice.

I really liked the animation. I didn't like the main charcter. I think that the plot and the story were good

I like this anime I didn't dig to deep into the could've, would've or should've. I just like to enjoy it what it is. I know I couldn't do better if not my specialty.

That being said I appreciate that the storyline was different outside of the box. The lines of right and wrong were blurred gray.

CGI is choppy as hell but after a few episodes, you get used to it. And then the rest looks just fine. I liked the show a lot <3

Good show, unique storytelling but yeah, the animation takes some getting used to. Personally still consider Ajin a gem.
